长春市普通高校健美操选项课所处困境与优化策略研究
[Abstract]:Aerobics is an aerobic sport that integrates dance, music, fitness and entertainment. In recent years, the enthusiasm of college students to learn aerobics is very high, aerobics has become a hot item of physical exercise for college students. However, with the introduction of aerobics into the elective course of physical education in colleges and universities, there are some inevitable problems in the development of aerobics, which has influenced the long-term and stable development of aerobics in colleges and universities. This research mainly uses the literature method, the expert interview method, the mathematical statistics method, the logic analysis method, carries on the field investigation to the Changchun ordinary university aerobics elective class education teaching implementation, the teacher troop construction, the student behavior cognition condition. They are looking for the main factors that restrict the development of aerobics elective course in Changchun and put forward the optimization strategy. The results are as follows: (1) the degree of satisfaction of college students in Changchun is low, the consciousness of participation is not strong, the students' motivation is to strengthen their body and the attitude of some students is not correct. (2) there is no unified teaching material for the selective course of aerobics in colleges and universities in Changchun. The teaching method is mainly based on the combination of theoretical teaching and practical teaching, the teaching method is relatively single, the assessment method is mainly summative evaluation, and the teaching hours are generally less. Teaching facilities are poor. (3) the teachers of aerobics elective course in Changchun university are mostly female, the age is 31-40 years old young teachers, the overall educational level is on the low side, the average teaching life is 15 years. (4) the main factors affecting the aerobics elective course in Changchun are the lack of effective supervision in the implementation of teaching, the lack of maintenance and maintenance of facilities, the unsound organization and management of teaching, and the low level of teachers' education and teaching. The participation motivation of college students is not clear. In view of this, the author puts forward the following constructive suggestions: (1) to promote the improvement of teaching quality of aerobics elective courses in Changchun, to improve and innovate in teaching methods, assessment and evaluation, and to increase the teaching of aerobics. Promote the healthy development of aerobics elective classes. (2) to improve and perfect the conditions of aerobics facilities in colleges and universities in Changchun, and to increase the investment in the construction of sports facilities in colleges and universities, so as to meet the needs of teachers' teaching and students' study. (3) to improve the professional level of aerobics teachers in colleges and universities in Changchun, to improve the professional knowledge and professional level of aerobics teachers according to the teaching needs, and to promote the formation of lifelong learning consciousness of teachers. (4) to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of college students in Changchun to participate in aerobics elective classes, to strengthen students' understanding of the connotation, function and characteristics of aerobics, and to stimulate students' interest in aerobics learning.
