国家跆拳道运动员在全国锦标赛中实时心率监控和血乳酸变化特点的研究

【摘要】:采用SUUNTO团队心率实时遥测系统,实时监控国家跆拳道队运动员参加全国锦标赛时比赛中的心率变化情况,并采集赛后3min血乳酸,分析国内跆拳道项目高水平赛事运动员的比赛强度。发现:跆拳道比赛中女运动员的平均心率可达到(174.43±5.90)次/min,男运动员的平均心率可达到(172.19±10.28)次/min,最大心率超过190次/min;局间间歇时女运动员平均心率处于(170.09±6.04)次/min,男运动员平均心率处于(167.43±11.12)次/min;赛后3min女子运动员血乳酸为(8.27±3.29)mmol/L,男子运动员血乳酸为(9.36±1.69)mmol/L。结论:1)跆拳道比赛中的平均强度超过90%最大心率,比赛间歇的生理负荷可超过85%最大心率;2)比赛强度受比赛级别、交手双方水平差距、比赛重要程度、规则变化等多方面因素影响;3)跆拳道比赛以ATP-CP供能系统和糖酵解供能系统供能为主,有氧代谢供能系统为辅,提高乳酸消除能力,提高ATP-CP能量储备量及快速恢复速度,对于提升跆拳道运动员专项运动能力有重要意义。
[Abstract]:SUUNTO team heart rate real-time telemetry system was used to monitor the changes of heart rate of national taekwondo team athletes in the national championships and to collect 3min blood lactic acid after the competition. This paper analyzes the competition intensity of domestic taekwondo athletes in high level events. The results show that the average heart rate of female athletes can reach (174.43 卤5.90) / min, male athletes' average heart rate can reach (172.19 卤10.28) / min, / min;. The average heart rate of female athletes was (170.09 卤6.04) times / min, male athletes' average heart rate was (167.43 卤11.12) beats / min; during interbureau interval. The blood lactic acid of 3min female athletes was (8.27 卤3.29) mmol/L, after the match. The blood lactic acid of male athletes was (9.36 卤1.69) mmol/L.. Conclusion: 1) the average intensity of taekwondo match is more than 90% maximum heart rate, and the physiological load of interval can exceed 85% maximum heart rate; 2) the intensity of the competition is affected by many factors, such as the competition level, the level gap between the two sides, the important degree of the match, the change of rules and so on; 3) ATP-CP energy supply system and glycolysis energy supply system are the main energy supply system in Taekwondo competition, and aerobic metabolism energy supply system is auxiliary to improve lactic acid elimination capacity, increase ATP-CP energy storage and speed of rapid recovery. Taekwondo athletes for the promotion of special sports ability has important significance.
