哈密地区少数民族传统体育活动开展的调查与研究

【摘要】：在当今人类社会发展的历史潮流下,整个体育事业进入到被西方现代竞技体育所主宰的时代,民族传统体育的传承和发展受到了各种巨大的挑战。民族传统体育是民族文化的重要组成,具有独特的民族、民俗和地域特征。它渗透着民族的历史传统、哲学理念、宗教信仰和生活方式,体现在各民族特色的风俗习惯和社会生活中,蕴含着浓厚的文化内涵和独特的表现形式。少数民族传统体育的发展肩负着弘扬民族精神,继承民族文化重要的使命。今天,面对少数民族传统体育发展的严峻形势,我们有责任在全球化日益深远的世界历史进程中找到属于我们自己的民族传统体育文化。在世界全球化背景下,加强对少数民族传统体育项目以及所具有的功能、价值和发展前景的深入的调查和研究已经变成迫在眉睫的科研任务和历史使命。本文将通过采用问卷调查法、实地考察法、专家访谈法、文献资料法、综合分析法、数理统计法的方法。以哈密地区少数民族传统体育为研究对象,以哈密地区各项民族传统体育的参加者和相关专家为调查对象,对哈密地区少数民族传统体育活动开展的状况进行调查与研究,包括哈密少数民族传统体育的种类、参与群众的基本状况、参与场所、场地的选择、参与的动机和时机以及哈密地区少数民族传统体育的社会功能和制约因素,旨在为哈密地区的少数民族传统体育的进一步发展提供一些理论参考和建议。研究结果如下:1)哈密地区少数民族传统体育活动的开展总体水平较低,发展速度缓慢。2)少数民族传统体育活动的参与者主要为青年和中年人群,青少年普及严重不足;参与者性别为男性多于女性但性别比例趋于持平;在接受调查的群众中超过一半的人对本地区少数民族传统体育活动的开展情况持不满意或非常不满意态度。因此,哈密地区少数民族传统体育活动开展较为不利。3)参与少数民族传统体育活动的时机和方式,主要是民族民间节日,工作闲暇之余和宗教仪式活动。4)哈密地区场地的限制是少数民族传统体育开展的重要制约因素。在少数民族传统体育活动场地的选择上,主要集中在地区和自治县首府开阔用地和农牧区草场等地方。5)缺少专业的体育指导人员对少数民族传统体育活动的开展进行指导,用于体育消费的生活支出甚少,制约了少数民族传统体育的健康发展。6)哈密政府和相关部门对少数民族传统体育活动开展的经费预算少,经费投入力度不够,相关政策、法律法规的制定不完善,少数民族传统体育事业发展情况滞后。
[Abstract]:Under the historical trend of the development of human society, the whole sports industry has entered the era dominated by the western modern competitive sports, and the inheritance and development of the national traditional sports have been challenged by all kinds of great challenges. National traditional sports is an important component of national culture, with unique national, folk and regional characteristics. It permeates the national historical tradition, philosophy idea, religious belief and life style, embodies in the customs and social life of each nationality characteristic, contains the strong cultural connotation and the unique expression form. The development of minority traditional sports shoulders the important mission of carrying forward the national spirit and inheriting the national culture. Today, in the face of the severe situation of the development of minority traditional sports, we have the responsibility to find our own national traditional sports culture in the increasingly far-reaching process of globalization in the history of the world. Under the background of globalization in the world, it has become an urgent scientific research task and historical mission to strengthen the investigation and research on the traditional sports events of ethnic minorities and their functions, values and development prospects. In this paper, the methods of questionnaire investigation, field investigation, expert interview, literature, comprehensive analysis and mathematical statistics are adopted. Taking the traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Hami area as the research object, and taking the participants and relevant experts of the traditional sports of various nationalities in Hami area as the investigation objects, this paper investigates and studies the situation of the traditional sports activities of ethnic minorities in Hami area. It includes the types of traditional sports of Hami ethnic minorities, the basic situation of the participating masses, the places of participation, the choice of venues, the motivation and opportunity of participation, and the social functions and constraints of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Hami area. The purpose of this paper is to provide some theoretical references and suggestions for the further development of minority traditional sports in Hami area. The results are as follows: 1) the development of traditional sports activities of ethnic minorities in Hami area is relatively low and the development rate is slow. 2) the participants of traditional sports activities of ethnic minorities are mainly young and middle-aged people, and the popularity of adolescents is seriously inadequate; More than half of the people surveyed were dissatisfied or very dissatisfied with the development of traditional sports activities of ethnic minorities in the region, with more than half of the participants being more male than female and more than half of the respondents were dissatisfied with the development of traditional sports activities of ethnic minorities in the region. Therefore, the development of traditional sports activities of ethnic minorities in Hami area is relatively unfavorable. 3) the opportunities and ways of participating in traditional sports activities of ethnic minorities are mainly ethnic folk festivals. (4) the restriction of venues in Hami area is an important factor restricting the development of traditional sports of ethnic minorities. In the selection of traditional sports venues for ethnic minorities, they are mainly concentrated in areas such as open land in the capitals of autonomous counties and pastoral areas and other places. 5) there is a lack of professional sports guides to guide the development of traditional sports activities of ethnic minorities. The living expenditure used for sports consumption is very small, which restricts the healthy development of traditional sports of ethnic minorities. 6) the Hami government and relevant departments have little budget for carrying out traditional sports activities for ethnic minorities, and the intensity of funding input is insufficient, and the relevant policies are concerned. The enactment of laws and regulations is not perfect, and the development of traditional sports of ethnic minorities lags behind.
