长沙市青少年篮球培训班运营现状研究

【摘要】：随着中国经济的快速发展,人民消费水平的提高和思想观念的转变,人们逐渐形成了全民健康意识,并积极参与体育健身活动来,不断提高身体体质。体育产业呈现出良好的发展势头。鉴于此,以传授技能为主的体育培训业开始在全国兴起,各种形式的体育培训机构相继出现,社会上一些单位或个人开始涉足体育市场,培训项目主要集中在足球、篮球、乒乓球、网球、羽毛球、棋牌、游泳等项目上,体育培训业正在成为我国体育产业的新增长点。长沙市青少年篮球运动具有较为广泛的学生基础,但受条件的限制,多数学校正常的体育教学、学生课余锻炼时间都受到影响,更无法满足学生的篮球爱好。正是这种矛盾,越来越多的青少年利用课余时间甚至抽出专门时间进行篮球培训,以青少年为主要培养对象的篮球培训机构迅速发展了起来。但是长沙市篮球培训业毕竟处于萌芽阶段,还有许多的问题有待解决:培训班区域分布不均衡、市场较为混乱、运营过程中场地、器材输入不够、人员配置不合理、培训班主体信息资源输入有待加强等一系列问题。本文以长沙市青少年篮球培训班运营情况作为研究对象,运用文献综述法、问卷调查法等研究方法,通过对培训班主体研究、运营过程中资源输入、输出及内、外部竞争情况进行实地调研,提出了不断加强政府监管和引导、培训班加强自身建设和不断加强青少年篮球培训班竞赛体系建设等建议,以不断完善长沙市青少年篮球培训班运营过程,提高青少年篮球培训产业化水平。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the improvement of people's consumption level and the change of ideology, people have gradually formed the health consciousness of the whole people, and actively participated in sports and fitness activities to continuously improve the physical fitness of the people. Sports industry presents a good momentum of development. In view of this, the sports training industry mainly to impart skills began to rise throughout the country, various forms of sports training institutions appeared one after another, some units or individuals in society began to enter the sports market, training programs mainly concentrated in football, basketball, Table tennis, badminton, chess and card, swimming and other events, sports training industry is becoming a new growth point of China's sports industry. Juvenile basketball in Changsha City has a wide base of students, but due to the restrictions of conditions, most schools normal physical education, the time of students to exercise after class are affected, and can not meet the students' basketball hobbies. Because of this contradiction, more and more teenagers make use of their spare time and even spare special time for basketball training. Basketball training institutions with teenagers as the main object of training have developed rapidly. But after all, the basketball training industry in Changsha is in its infancy, and there are still many problems to be solved: the regional distribution of the training course is uneven, the market is more chaotic, the venue, the equipment input is insufficient, and the personnel configuration is not reasonable in the course of operation. Training course main body information resource input needs to strengthen and so on a series of questions. Taking the operation of Changsha Youth Basketball training course as the research object, using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and other research methods, through the study of the main body of the training course, the input, output and internal of resources in the course of operation, On-the-spot research on external competition has put forward suggestions such as continuously strengthening the supervision and guidance of the government, strengthening the self-construction of the training courses and constantly strengthening the construction of the competition system of the youth basketball training courses. In order to improve the operation process of youth basketball training courses in Changsha, improve the industrialization level of youth basketball training.
