两种有氧运动干预对中年人群心率变异性的影响

【摘要】:目的:心率变异性分析可作为反映自主神经对心血管系统调节状况的一种有价值的无创性手段。本论文旨在探讨24周动感单车与慢跑两种运动干预对45-59岁无规律锻炼的中年人群的心率变异性相关指标影响变化规律的研究。以此,为能够有效的提高我国中年人群的健康水平,提供相应的科学指导依据。方法:本文通过社会招募选取自愿参与锻炼的西安市45-59岁无规律锻炼中年人群60名作为实验受试对象,对其进行24周的动感单车与慢跑运动干预。采用文献资料法、实验法和数据统计法等方法将运动前后心率变异性指标进行统计分析,研究不同的运动干预对中年人群心率变异性指标的变化。结果:1.两种运动干预前,两组受试者的HRV时域指标与频域指标都无显著性差异(P0.05);2.单车组男性在运动干预后时域指标HR、RMSSD的变化有显著性差异(P0.05),频域指标TP、HF、LF/HF的变化有显著性差异(P<0.05),其他指标无显著性差异(P0.05);3.单车组女性在运动干预后时域指标HR、SD2的变化有显著性差异(P0.05),频域指标TP、LF、LF/HF的变化有显著性差异(P0.05),其他指标无显著性差异(P0.05);4.慢跑组男性在运动干预后HR降低有显著性差异(P0.05),频域指标TP、HF、LF/HF的变化有显著性差异(P0.05),其他指标无显著性差异(P0.05);5.慢跑组女性在运动干预后时域指标RMSSD、PNN50的变化有显著性差异(P0.05),频域指标TP、HF的变化有显著性差异(P0.05),其他指标无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:1.经过24周的动感单车和慢跑干预后,中年人群安静状态下的心率明显降低,表明两种有氧运动使心脏功能增强,潜力增大,心脏的贮备能力得到一定的改善;2.24周的跟踪实验结果表明,动感单车和慢跑两种运动方式对中年人群的心率变异性均有改善作用。但从干预前后相关指标的变化情况可以看出,慢跑更能够提高交感神经和迷走神经的张力,改善自主神经的调节功能。3.运动后心率变异性的变化与交感神经和迷走神经的均衡性有直接关系。运动干预前后心率变异性的特点及其相关指标的变化可以作为评价大众健身运动效果及状态的有效指标。
[Abstract]:Objective: heart rate variability (HRV) analysis can be used as a non-invasive method to reflect the regulation of autonomic nerve to cardiovascular system. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 24-week exercise intervention on heart rate variability (HRV) in middle-aged people with irregular exercise at the age of 45-59. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 24-week exercise intervention on heart rate variability. Thus, it can effectively improve the health level of middle-aged people in our country, and provide the corresponding scientific guidance basis. Methods: through social recruitment, 60 middle-aged people aged 45-59 years with irregular exercise who voluntarily participated in exercise were selected as the subjects of the experiment. The subjects were given 24-week intervention of motor cycle and jogging. The indexes of heart rate variability (HRV) before and after exercise were statistically analyzed by using the methods of literature, experiment and data statistics, and the changes of HRV indexes of middle-aged people with different exercise interventions were studied. Results: 1. Before the two kinds of exercise intervention, there was no significant difference in the time domain and frequency domain indexes of HRV between the two groups (P0.05). There was significant difference in time domain index HR,RMSSD (P0.05), frequency domain index TP,HF,LF/HF (P < 0.05), and other indexes (P0.05) in single-car group after exercise intervention. 3. There were significant differences in time domain index HR,SD2 (P0.05), frequency domain index TP,LF,LF/HF (P0.05) and other indexes (P0.05) in single car group after exercise intervention. 4. In the jogging group, the decrease of HR after exercise intervention was significant (P0.05), the frequency domain index TP,HF,LF/HF was significantly different (P0.05), the other indexes had no significant difference (P0.05); 5. There were significant differences in time domain index RMSSD,PNN50 (P0.05), frequency domain index TP,HF (P0.05) and other indexes (P0.05) in jogging group after exercise intervention. Conclusion: 1. After 24-week intervention of motor cycle and jogging, the heart rate of middle-aged people decreased obviously under the quiet state, which indicated that the two kinds of aerobic exercise enhanced the cardiac function and potentiality, and the reserve ability of the heart was improved to a certain extent. 2. The results of 24-week follow-up experiment showed that both motor cycle and jogging could improve the heart rate variability of middle-aged people. But from the changes of related indexes before and after intervention, it can be seen that jogging can improve the tension of sympathetic nerve and vagus nerve and improve the regulation function of autonomic nerve. 3. The change of heart rate variability after exercise is directly related to the balance of sympathetic nerve and vagus nerve. The changes of heart rate variability (HRV) and its related indexes before and after exercise intervention can be used as an effective index to evaluate the effect and state of mass fitness exercise.
