烟台市中职学校《国家学生体质健康标准》执行现状与对策研究

【摘要】:学生体质状况一直以来都是国家和社会等各方高度重视的问题。随着近年来国家不断加快对职业教育发展的步伐,职业学校《国家学生体质健康标准》执行情况,受到各方的关注,国家迫切需要了解当前职业学校《国家学生体质健康标准》执行情况。然而目前,对于烟台地区职业学校执行《国家学生体质健康标准》情况的研究不足,尤其对烟台中职学校的执行情况了解尤为缺乏,因此烟台地区中职学校是否贯彻执行,执行过程现状如何,以及执行过程中存在的问题等亟待研究。本研究从执行现状入手,深入了解当前烟台地区中职学校执行情况,分析其中问题,针对中职学校特点,提出相应对策,填补烟台地区研究空白,并引起学者对中职学生体质的关注,促进中职学生体质健康发展。本着为烟台市职业教育服务的宗旨,对烟台市中职学校《国家学生体质健康标准》执行现状进行调查及对策研究,基于当前烟台市对于中职学校《国家学生体质健康标准》执行情况的研究不足为背景,本文采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、专家访谈法、数理分析法和逻辑分析法,对烟台市中职学校《国家学生体质健康标准》执行现状与对策进行研究,研究结果显示(1)从调查的部分中职学校来看,有30%学校没有制定本校测试办法文件;86%的学校没有专用资金支持;30%的学校没有固定的测试场地;43%的学校没有购买配备专用测试仪器;86%的学校对于测试人员的工作不计工作量;86%的学校采用在体育课上集体测试的方式,14%采用其他时间集体测试方式。(2)从测试人员来看,测试人员基本是本校体育教师,在调查的52名体育教师中,专职测试人员比例为69%,其余教师在测试时临时抽调,其中无测试经验的人数为4%;测试人员接受关于体质测试培训比例为:未接受培训为54%,接受一次培训为34%,接受两次培训为8%,接受三次及以上培训为4%;测试人员对《国家学生体质健康标准》认识程度分别为:完全了解为27%,基本了解为63%,不完全了解为10%,不了解为0;测试人员对《国家学生体质健康标准》评价情况为:繁琐且无实质作用为13%,学生应付作用不大为60%,有督促锻炼的作用,有一定帮助为40%。(3)从学生反馈来看,学生对测试项目认识不够完整,学生对测试项目目的认识不够明确;学生认为影响测试工作执行的原因集中体现在锻炼时间不足,会影响测试成绩,学生产生抵触害怕情绪,影响测试工作。
[Abstract]:The students' physique has always been a problem that the country and society attach great importance to. With the country speeding up the pace of the development of vocational education in recent years, the implementation of the National physical and Health Standards for students in Vocational Schools has received attention from all parties. The state urgently needs to know about the implementation of the National Standards of physical Health of students in Vocational Schools. However, at present, there is insufficient research on the implementation of "National Standards of physical Health for students" in vocational schools in Yantai region, especially the understanding of the implementation of secondary vocational schools in Yantai, so is the secondary vocational school in Yantai region implemented or not? The present situation of the execution process and the problems existing in the execution process need to be studied urgently. This research starts with the present situation of implementation, deeply understands the current situation of the implementation of secondary vocational schools in Yantai area, analyzes the problems among them, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the characteristics of secondary vocational schools, and fills the research gap in Yantai area. And causes the scholar to the secondary vocational school student physique concern, promotes the secondary vocational school student physique healthy development. In line with the purpose of serving the vocational education in Yantai City, the present situation of the implementation of the National Standard for physical Health of students in Yantai Secondary Vocational School is investigated and the countermeasures are studied. Based on the lack of research on the implementation of National physical Health Standards for students in secondary vocational schools in Yantai City, this paper adopts the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, expert interview, mathematical analysis and logical analysis. The present situation and countermeasures of the implementation of National physical Health Standards for students in secondary vocational schools in Yantai City are studied. The results show that (1) from the survey of some secondary vocational schools, 30% of the schools have not formulated the test documents of this school; Eighty-six per cent of schools do not have dedicated financial support; 30 per cent do not have a fixed test site; 43 per cent do not purchase specialized testing equipment; 86 per cent do not take into account the workload of testers; Eighty-six percent of schools used group testing in physical education classes, and 14 percent used other time group testing. (2) from the tester's point of view, the testers were basically teachers of physical education in their own schools, of whom 52 physical education teachers were surveyed. The percentage of full-time testers was 69%, while the remaining teachers were temporarily selected for testing, of which 4% had no experience in testing; The percentage of testers receiving training on physique testing was 54% without training, 34% for one training, 8% for two trainings, and 4% for three or more training sessions, and 4% for non-training, 34% for one training, 8% for two training sessions and 4% for three or more training sessions.
