平衡板结合专项体能训练对三级跳远运动员曹硕跨步跳技术的影响研究
[Abstract]:Using video observation method, image analysis method and mathematical statistics as the main research methods, this paper takes Cao Shuo, an athlete who won the championship in the men's triple jump competition of the 12th National Games in 2013, as the experimental object. The object of study is the simulation training of Cao Shuo, an excellent triple jumper in China. Because of the limitation of the research object's own situation and the competition schedule, the two shooting process is not easy to carry out. The best performance of Cao Shuo in the track and field hall of the training Bureau of the State Administration of Sports was selected in the two shooting processes of this study, and according to the kinematics parameters of previous research results, the control parameters were taken as the control parameters. The kinematic technical parameters after analysis are analyzed by applying the principles of sports biomechanics and mathematical methods, and the step jump data obtained by Cao Shuo, an outstanding Chinese triple jumper before and after special physical training, are compared and analyzed. It is found that Cao Shuo, an excellent Chinese triple jumper, has a poor utilization ratio of horizontal velocity in the simulation training before the balance board combined with special physical training, and the angle of stride jump is not the best kinematics angle. Landing buffer time and pedaling time are longer than the world's best sports staff. This paper analyzes and discusses the difference of the take-off speed and take-off angle of the step jump and the support time of the buffer leg of the step jump ground between the balance board and the data before and after the special physical training. As well as the differences between Cao Shuo and the world's outstanding triple jumpers in the simulation training, the specific training should be paid attention to and strengthened in the course of the special training in the future. It is inferred that balance board combined with special physical training has influence on its step jump technique, and it is helpful to improve and improve its step jump technique. Conclusion: the loss rate of horizontal velocity of Chinese male triple jumper Cao Shuo is on the high side, and there are obvious differences between the angle parameters of step jump taking-off technique and the world's excellent triple jumpers. The total support time of the stride is longer than that of the world's elite athletes. The balance board combined with the special physical training has an impact on the kinematic parameters of its step jump technique, and has relative changes in the numerical value. All of them are developing towards the development trend of the world's outstanding triple jumpers. It is pointed out that the balance board combined with special physical training has a beneficial effect on Cao Shuo's step jumping technique and plays a key role in Cao Shuo's excellent performance in sports.
