咖啡因对体育教育专业大学生耐力素质的影响

【摘要】:研究目的:本文主要通过实验法,在服用/不服用中等剂量咖啡因的条件下研究咖啡因对耐力素质产生的影响,以及咖啡因对运动疲劳和心肺功能的影响。研究方法:本实验采用双盲、随机交叉实验设计。来自沈阳体育学院体育教育专业的12名男性大学生(年龄,19.84±0.69y;身高,181.15±6.31cm;体重,74.82±6.29kg),自愿参加本次实验。12名研究对象分别在非咖啡因条件或咖啡因条件(6mg/kg)下进行速度耐力测试和力量耐力测试,测试前1小时口服/不服咖啡因。速度耐力测试选用自行车运动方式,实验结束术后分别记录每名研究对象运动至力竭的时间和最大运动负荷;监控运动过程中主观疲劳感觉、摄氧量、心率和呼吸商的变化;运动前后分别测量BRUMS心境量表、简单反应时和选择反应时。力量耐力测试选用卧推的方式测量上肢力量,分别记录卧推时上推和下拉过程中的平均肌肉耐力和最大肌肉耐力。研究结果:与非咖啡因条件相比,研究对象在咖啡因条件下运动至力竭的时间和最大输出功率有显著性提高(运动时间从781±145s到846±150s,P0.01;最大输出功率从240±25w到253±26w,P0.05);在卧推测试中,平均肌肉耐力在咖啡因条件下较非咖啡因条件也有显著性提高(上推从127±34ft-lb到163±41ft-lb,P0.01;下拉从210±57ft-lb到262±86ft-lb,P0.05);最大肌肉耐力在咖啡因条件下较非咖啡因条件也有显著性提高(上推从193±32ft-lb到195±49ft-lb,P0.05;下拉从291±65ft-lb到322±91ft-lb,P0.01)。自行车运动过程中主观疲劳感觉咖啡因条件与非咖啡因条件相比,在数值上有显著性下降(从14.04±6.25到13.04±6.12,P0.01)。在BRUMS心境量表中,咖啡因条件的精力差值比非咖啡因条件也有显著性下降(从-12±6.07到-18±5.81,P0.05)。然而,运动过程中最大摄氧量、最大心率和呼吸商并没有显著性差异(P0.05)。运动前后简单反应时和选择反应时也没有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:(1)服用咖啡因能够提高体育教育专业大学生的耐力素质;(2)服用咖啡因能够延缓体育教育专业大学生运动过程中产生的主观疲劳感,但咖啡因对运动前后心境的变化和神经反应影响小;同时,咖啡因对运动过程中心肺功能指标的变化几乎没有影响。
[Abstract]:Objective: in this paper, the effects of caffeine on endurance quality, exercise fatigue and cardio-pulmonary function were studied under the condition of taking or not taking moderate dose of caffeine. Methods: double blind, random crossover design was used in this experiment. Twelve male college students (age, 19.84 卤0.69 y; height, 181.15 卤6.31 cm) were enrolled in this study. Weight, 74.822 卤6.29 kg), volunteered to participate in the experiment. Twelve subjects were tested for speed tolerance and strength tolerance under decaf or caffeine condition (6mg/kg), taking caffeine orally or without caffeine one hour before the test. At the end of the experiment, the time from exercise to exhaustion and the maximum exercise load were recorded, and the changes of subjective fatigue sensation, oxygen uptake, heart rate and respiratory quotient were monitored. BRUMS mood scale, simple reaction time and selective response time were measured before and after exercise. The upper limb strength was measured by lying push, and the average muscle endurance and maximum muscle endurance were recorded during push-down and push-down respectively. Results: compared with decaf condition, the time of exercise to exhaustion and the maximum output power were significantly increased (exercise time from 781 卤145s to 846 卤150s, P 0.01; maximum output power from 240 卤25w to 253 卤26w, P 0.05), and the maximum output power was significantly higher than that under decaf condition (781 卤145s to 846 卤150s, P0.01; 240 卤25w to 253 卤26w, P0.05). In the horizontal push test, the average muscle endurance in caffeine was significantly higher than that in decaf (from 127 卤34ft-lb to 163 卤41 ft / b, P 0.01; from 210 卤57ft-lb to 262 卤86 ft / lb, P0.05). The maximal muscle endurance also increased significantly under caffeine condition (from 193 卤32ft-lb to 195 卤49 ft / lb, P 0.05; drop from 291 卤65ft-lb to 322 卤91 ft / lb, P0.01). Compared with decaf condition, the subjective fatigue sensation caffeine condition decreased significantly (from 14.04 卤6.25 to 13.04 卤6.12, P0.01). In BRUMS mood scale, the energy difference of caffeine condition was significantly lower than that of decaf condition (from-12 卤6.07 to-18 卤5.81, P0.05). However, there was no significant difference in maximal oxygen uptake, maximal heart rate and respiratory quotient during exercise (P0.05). There was no significant difference between simple reaction time and selective reaction time before and after exercise (P0.05). Conclusion: (1) caffeine can improve the endurance quality of college students majoring in physical education; (2) caffeine can delay subjective fatigue in physical education college students during exercise, but caffeine has little effect on mood change and nervous response before and after exercise. At the same time, caffeine had little effect on the changes of central pulmonary function during exercise.
