运动功能训练方法在110米栏项目教学实践中的运用研究

【摘要】:运动功能训练方法在于动作练习,还原人类最本质的人体功能性作用,将人类原本所拥有的但因后天练习的习惯和训练方式而失去的基本运动功能性的改善。运动功能训练方法作为一种新型的教学和训练手段为学校体育教学模式的发展和完善起着重要的改进作用。本实验通过将功能性体能训练方法运用于110米栏教学实践中,并通过教学实验分析学生对110米栏技术教学进行及时、科学有效的分析,对提高教师教学效果和学生学习效果开辟了新的教学模式。本实验通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、比较分析法,教学实验法进行研究分析。研究结果表明:1.运动功能训练方法手段的运用能有效提高学生身体协调性和稳定性,保持运动和比赛过程中技术动作协调稳定的发挥。实验班学生及格率达到100%,对照班为85.7%,对照班低于实验班。且实验班学生技评成绩和达标成绩都有显著性的差异P0.05。2.经过18周的教学实验,实验班运用运动功能训练方法进行教学练习,对照班采用传统的教学方法,进行110米栏专项的技术教学,最后通过对实验班和对照班学生技评成绩和达标成绩发现两个班专项速度力量测试成绩存在显著性的差异。实验班学生和对照班学生通过专项速度力量5项指标的测试得知,实验班和对照班对照班运动功能测试成绩存在显著性的差异,通过上面几项指标的测试,证明了运动功能训练方法能够有效地改进110米栏专项技术的提高。3.采用运动功能训练法的运用对110米栏技术教学与采用传统教学方法的教学效果对比显示其结果,实验班技评成绩和达标成绩远远高于对照班学生成绩,运动功能训练方法的运用对提高110米栏技术教学效果显著。4.运动功能训练方法是现代体能训练方法重要的一个组成部分,对于110米栏教学技术预防伤病,改善和提高运动效率具有重要的意义,运动功能训练改善学生对110米栏技术学习的身体姿势,使学生建立正确的运动链肌肉概念的发力方式,在专项技术动作教学中架构科学合理的运动功能性动力链条的传递性,提高动作能量传递的高效性。5.运动功能训练方法的移如采用新颖的练习方法手段,方法形式丰富多样,能高效的激发学生学习动机的积极性和运动功能性动作技能练习的兴趣,从而减少学生在专项技术教学课学习中单一的运动技能练习方式。
[Abstract]:The training method of motor function lies in the exercise, restoring the essential function of human body, and improving the basic motor function which is originally possessed by human but lost due to the habit and training mode of acquired practice. As a new teaching and training method, the sports function training method plays an important role in the development and improvement of the school physical education teaching mode. In this experiment, the method of functional physical training is applied to the teaching practice of 110m hurdles, and the students are analyzed in a timely, scientific and effective way to the technical teaching of 110m hurdles through the teaching experiment. It opens up a new teaching mode to improve teachers' teaching effect and students' learning effect. This experiment carries on the research and analysis through the literature material method, the expert interview method, the mathematical statistics method, the comparative analysis method, the teaching experiment method. The results show that: 1. The application of sports function training methods can effectively improve the coordination and stability of students' body and keep the coordination and stability of technical movements in the process of sports and competitions. The pass rate of the experimental class was 100%, that of the control class was 85.7%, and that of the control class was lower than that of the experimental class. And there is a significant difference between the technical evaluation and the standard achievement of the students in the experimental class (P 0.05.2). After 18 weeks of teaching experiment, the experimental class used the sports function training method to carry on the teaching practice, the control class uses the traditional teaching method, carries on the 110 meters hurdles special technical teaching, the experiment class carries on the 110 meters hurdles special technical teaching. Finally, it is found that there is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in the performance of the special speed strength test between the experimental class and the control class. The students of the experimental class and the control class showed that there were significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in sports function test through the test of the five indexes of the special speed strength, and passed the test of the above indexes. It is proved that the training method of sports function can improve the special technique of 110 meters hurdles effectively. 3. The comparison of teaching effect between 110 meters hurdle teaching and traditional teaching method shows that the results of technical evaluation and standard achievement of experimental class are much higher than that of the students of the control class by using the method of sports function training and comparing the teaching effect of 110 meters hurdle technique with that of the traditional teaching method. The application of sports function training method can improve the teaching effect of 110-meter hurdles. 4. The sports function training method is an important part of the modern physical fitness training method. It is of great significance for the 110-meter hurdles teaching technology to prevent injury and improve the sports efficiency. The movement function training improves the students' body posture to the 110 meters hurdles technique, makes the student establish the correct movement chain muscle concept's force-generating way, constructs the scientific and reasonable movement function power chain transmission in the special technique movement teaching. Improve the efficiency of energy transfer. 5. The movement of sports function training method adopts novel practice methods, and the method forms are rich and diverse, which can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of students' learning motivation and the interest of motor function movement skill training. In order to reduce the students in the special technical teaching in the learning of a single sports skills practice.
