北京市高职院校实施《国家学生体质健康标准》测试的调查研究

【摘要】:《国家学生体质健康标准》测试的出台是为推动学生更好的参与运动,以健康的身体投入到未来工作中。同时也是检验高职院校体育教学的效果,监测这一群体体质健康水平的有效依据。本文采用文献资料、问卷访谈、测试法、数理统计等方法,以北京市10所高等职业院校的1500名学生两年测试成绩为依据。对20所高等职业院校《国家学生体质健康标准》测试实施情况和学生的健康状况进行调查。研究表明:1、北京市高等职业院校对其三年制学生测试次数一般为两次,分别安排在一、二年级。2、高等职业院校管理层对测试工作重视不够,仅有25%的学校成立了专项领导小组,20%的学校有专门的测试机构,30%的学校在测试前进行专项的布置,30%的学校进行过现场巡视和督查。3、测试的基本条件缺乏,测试场地在150平米以上的学校占25%,100平米以下占45%,测试时间安排在体育课时间测试的学校占70%。4、在测试前51%的老师对参加测试的学生没有提出测试的要求,给测试的准确性和规范性带来很大影响。5、高等职业院校学生对测试的热情不高,有应付测试、作弊等现象。6、测试数据统计显示,随着年级的增长。男生:体重明显增加,身高、肺活量变化不明显,立定跳远成绩明显上升,坐位体前屈、引体向上、1000米跑、50米跑成绩都明显下降。女生:体重下降明显,身高变化不大,肺活量、仰卧起坐、立定跳远成绩明显上升,坐位体前屈、800米跑、50米跑成绩下降明显。体育课内容、授课形式的滞后,学生自身缺乏锻炼,锻炼动机不纯,以及不良习惯的养成都对学生的体质健康的下降造成了不同程度的影响。针对研究结果,对如何更好的在北京市高职院校实施《国家学生体质健康标准》测试和如何提高学生体质健康水平提出了以下建议。1、高职院校应该加速高职体育课程的改革,让测试项目融入到日常教学中去。2、领导层要从思想上重视测试,认真落实测试的工作。3、对学生加强测试的意义和健身重要性的宣传教育,增强学生的健康意识,提高学生锻炼身体的自觉性。4、院校各部门之间协同合作,统一思想和认识。5、提高测试结果和过程的监管力度,让测试成绩能够真实的反映学生的体质状况。6、加强体育教师自身业务能力的培训。
[Abstract]:The National physical Health Standard for students is designed to promote students to better participate in sports and put into the future work with a healthy body. At the same time, it is also an effective basis to test the effect of physical education in higher vocational colleges and monitor the physical health level of this group. This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire interview, test, mathematical statistics and so on. It is based on the two-year test results of 1500 students from 10 vocational colleges in Beijing. A survey was carried out in 20 vocational colleges and universities on the implementation of the National physical Health Standard for students and the health status of the students. The research shows that: 1, the number of three-year students' tests in Beijing vocational colleges is generally two times, arranged in the first and second grades respectively. 2. The management of higher vocational colleges does not pay enough attention to the testing work. Only 25% of schools have set up special leading groups, 20% of schools have special testing institutions, 30% of schools have special arrangements before testing, 30% of schools have conducted on-the-spot inspection and inspection. 3, the basic conditions for testing are lacking. 25% of schools with more than 150 square meters of test space, 45% of schools under 100 square meters, 70% of schools scheduled for physical education time testing, and 51% of teachers before the test did not put forward test requirements for students who took the test. 5, higher vocational college students' enthusiasm for the test is not high, there are coping with the test, cheating and other phenomena. 6, test data statistics show that with the growth of grade. Boys: the weight increased obviously, the height and vital capacity did not change obviously, the standing long jump score obviously increased, the sitting position flexion forward, led the body upward, the 1000-meter run, the 50-meter race achievement all obviously decreased. Girls: weight loss, little change in height, vital capacity, sit-up, standing long jump scores significantly increased, sitting position forward flexion, 800 meters running, 50 meters running results decreased significantly. The content of physical education, the lag of teaching form, the lack of exercise, the impure motivation of physical exercise, and the formation of bad habits all affect the decline of students' physique and health to some extent. Based on the results of the research, this paper puts forward the following suggestions on how to better implement the National physical Health Standard for students in higher vocational colleges in Beijing and how to improve the students' physical health level. Higher vocational colleges should speed up the reform of the physical education curriculum in higher vocational colleges, and let the test items be integrated into the daily teaching. 2. The leadership should attach importance to testing ideologically and conscientiously implement the work of testing. To publicize and educate students on the significance of the test and the importance of fitness, to enhance their health awareness, and to improve their self-awareness of physical exercise. 4. Cooperation among departments in colleges and universities, unity of thought and understanding. 5, Improve the supervision of the test results and process, so that the test results can truly reflect the physical condition of the students. 6, strengthen the training of physical education teachers' own professional ability.
