高校非专业田径运动员赛前短期训练心理生理监控研究

【摘要】:研究目的:体育运动训练领域中,通常采用生理、心理两种方式对训练过程进行监测,生理指标监测可以客观地反映运动员的身体机能,监测约束条件较多;心理指标则能主观地反映运动员自身状态,监测简单易行。本研究旨在寻找能够监测一定时间长度训练量的心理指标,从而能够在心理上和生理上全面监测运动员训练状态。研究方法:本研究主要使用RPE(主观努力感觉)和POMS(心境状态剖面图)量表对辽宁工业大学田径队的20名非专业运动员进行跟踪监测。基于同一训练量变化下,分析RPE和POMS变化规律及相互关系,RPE、POMS与心率、血压间变化规律及相互关系。研究结果:(1)训练量能够影响RPE的变化,RPE在运动员身体机能没有明显提升时变化规律相同,影响效果明显。(2)训练量对POMS的积极维度和消极维度均产生影响,但消极维度对训练量反映更明显。(3)RPE和POMS各分量表间存在线性关系,RPE和积极情绪相关程度不大,和消极情绪及TMD呈正相关,变化趋势相同。(4)RPE等级增加,血压收缩压也相应增加,反之减小;POMS消极维度和TMD与血压增加或减少的变化相同,TMD与心率关系不大。研究结论:(1)RPE等级能够明显反映出训练量变化规律,但受运动员身体机能变化的影响。(2)POMS量表可以有效反映训练量的变化规律,赛前应考虑比赛应激影响。(3)同时使用两种量表可以准确反映训练量变化规律。(4)使用心理和生理两种监测手段,可以全面准确快捷地反映运动员训练状态。
[Abstract]:Objective: in the field of sports training, physiological and psychological methods are usually used to monitor the training process. Physiological index monitoring can objectively reflect the athletes' physical function and monitor more restrictive conditions. The psychological index can reflect the athlete's own state subjectively, and the monitoring is simple and easy. The purpose of this study is to find out the psychological indexes which can monitor the amount of training for a certain period of time, so as to monitor the training state of athletes psychologically and physiologically. Methods: RPE (subjective effort perception) and POMS (mood profile chart) were used to track and monitor 20 non-professional athletes in track and field team of Liaoning University of Technology. Based on the same training volume, the relationship between RPE and POMS, RPE,POMS, heart rate and blood pressure were analyzed. The results are as follows: (1) the amount of training can affect the change of RPE, and the change rule of RPE is the same when the athlete's body function is not improved obviously, and the effect is obvious. (2) the amount of training affects both the positive dimension and the negative dimension of POMS. (3) there was a linear relationship between RPE and POMS subscales, and there was no significant correlation between RPE and positive emotion. There was a positive correlation between RPE and negative emotion and TMD. (4) the RPE grade increased, and there was a positive correlation between the negative dimension and the training quantity. (4) the level of RPE increased. Systolic blood pressure also increased correspondingly, and decreased vice versa. The negative dimension of POMS and the change of TMD were the same as the increase or decrease of blood pressure, but the relationship between TMD and heart rate was not significant. Conclusion: (1) the RPE grade can reflect the training quantity change law obviously, but affected by the athlete's body function change. (2) the POMS scale can reflect the training quantity change rule effectively. The influence of competition stress should be considered before the competition. (3) the change rule of training quantity can be accurately reflected by using two kinds of scales at the same time. (4) the training state of athletes can be fully and accurately reflected by using psychological and physiological monitoring methods.
