高水平武术套路运动员核心力量训练对平衡能力影响的实验研究

【摘要】:研究目的:武术套路属于技能占主导同时需要展现美观的一类体育竞技运动,运动员想要在武术套路比赛中取得好成绩,不仅需要拥有良好的方向感、空间感、力量感,以及优秀的心理素质之外,还需要拥有足够的平衡感和稳定性。力量训练中的注重静态和动态稳定性的训练特色,与武术套路运动员所要求的科学训练相符合,也适宜于他们的身体特征,通过力量训练提升武术套路运动员的平衡能力,对于提升他们的运动成绩具有十分重要的意义。研究方法:本文中使用了文献资料法、实验法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计方法、测试法,研究武术套路运动员在核心力量训练和传统力量训练对改善运动员平衡能力的影响效果,实验对象为20名武术套路运动员,进行为期四个月的训练,每周训练4次,每次30分钟。研究结果:(1)双脚支撑状态下平衡能力方面,核心力量训练和传统力量训练对促进学生改善上具有促进作用,前后测相比均无显著性影响(P0.05),试验后实验组与对照组均无显著性差异(P0.05)。(2)左脚支撑状态下平衡能力方面,核心力量训练组学生前后测相比具有显著性差异(P0.05),传统力量组学生前后测相比无显著性差异(P0.05);实验后实验组学生在左脚静态闭眼和左脚动态与对照组学生相比具有显著性差异(P0.05),实验后实验组学生在左脚静态睁眼与对照组学生相比具无显著性差异(P0.05)。(3)右脚支撑状态下平衡能力方面,核心力量训练组学生前后测相比具有显著性差异(P0.05),传统力量组学生前后测相比无显著性差异(P0.05),试验后实验组学生在右脚静态闭眼、右脚静态睁眼和右脚动态与对照组学生相比具有显著性差异(P0.05)。研究结论:(1)核心力量训练和传统力量训练对武术运动员双脚支撑状态下平衡能力改善具有促进作用,但无显著性影响;(2)核心力量训练和传统力量训练对武术运动员左脚支撑状态下平衡能力改善具有促进作用。核心力量训练对武术运动员左脚支撑状态下平衡能力改善作用显著好于传统力量训练组队员;(3)核心力量训练和传统力量训练对武术运动员右脚支撑状态下平衡能力改善具有促进作用。核心力量训练对武术运动员右脚支撑状态下平衡能力改善作用显著好于传统力量训练组队员。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is that martial arts routine belongs to a kind of sports which are dominated by skills and need to show beauty at the same time. Athletes want to achieve good results in martial arts routine competitions, not only need to have a good sense of direction, space, power, And excellent psychological quality, but also need to have enough sense of balance and stability. The training characteristics of paying attention to static and dynamic stability in strength training are in line with the scientific training required by martial arts routine athletes, and are also suitable for their physical characteristics to improve the balance ability of martial arts routine athletes through strength training. It is of great significance to improve their sports performance. Research methods: in this paper, literature method, experimental method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, test method, To study the effect of core strength training and traditional strength training on improving the balance ability of Wushu routine athletes, 20 Wushu routine athletes were trained for four months and trained four times a week. 30 minutes at a time. The results were as follows: (1) in terms of balance ability under the condition of bipedal support, core strength training and traditional strength training could promote the improvement of students, and there was no significant effect on the improvement of students before and after the test (P 0.05). After the experiment, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P 0.05). (2). There was significant difference in the balance ability of the left foot between the experimental group and the control group, but there was significant difference between the core strength training group and the control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the pre-and post-test of the traditional strength group (P 0.05). After the experiment, the students in the experimental group had significant differences in static eye closure and left foot dynamics between the experimental group and the control group (P 0.05). After the experiment, the students in the experimental group had no significant difference in the static eye opening of the left foot compared with the control group (P 0.05). (3), and the balance ability of the right foot was not significantly different from that of the control group. There was significant difference in the core strength training group (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the traditional strength group (P 0.05). After the experiment, the students in the experimental group closed their eyes statically in the right foot. The static eye opening and right foot dynamics of the right foot were significantly different from those of the control group (P 0.05). The conclusions are as follows: (1) Core strength training and traditional strength training can promote the improvement of balance ability of Wushu athletes under the condition of bipedal support, but have no significant effect; (2) Core strength training and traditional strength training can promote the improvement of balance ability of martial arts athletes under the condition of left foot support. The effect of core strength training on the balance ability of martial arts athletes under the condition of left foot support was significantly better than that of the traditional strength training group. (3) Core strength training and traditional strength training can promote the improvement of balance ability of martial arts athletes under the condition of right foot support. The effect of core strength training on the balance ability of martial arts athletes under the condition of right foot support was significantly better than that of the traditional strength training group.
