[Abstract]:Introduction to physical Education and training is a professional work of physical education edited by Mijing. Starting from the law of physical education, the book pays attention to the combination of professional research and physical education teaching practice. It is a professional book of physical education and training. The book conforms to the situation of the development of physical education, grasps the characteristics of the subject, probes into the practical problems of physical education, interprets the related problems of physical education from the educational point of view, pays attention to the integration of skills and methods, and goes hand in hand with the guidance of theory and practice. Special skills and overall norms are paid equal attention to, the overall coordination of body function and the strengthening of body parts and limbs are combined to guide learning.
