武汉市高校体育专业羽毛球专选学生学习倦怠的特点及成因分析

【摘要】:学生的学习倦怠,在学术界一直是研究热点。学生一旦发生学习倦怠,将可能产生厌学、逃学等行为。相关调查发现,学习倦怠这一现象在大学生当中不仅普遍存在,而且日趋严重。尤其是进入新世纪之后,伴随我国高校持续扩招带来的就业困难趋势,使得许多大学生感觉毕业即失业,因此陷入到一种迷惘无助状态,导致发生学习倦怠情况。虽然体育产业急速发展需要大量人才,但许多用人单位表示体育行业入门门槛低,他们可以选择拥有综合素质(包括体育素质、管理经验等)的圈外人来填充当前岗位缺口,并非一定要用体育背景毕业大学生。这样,体育专业大学生就业面窄现象更为严重,在校学生对于未来发展十分迷惘。因此,比起其它专业体育类大学生学习倦怠相对更加严重。本文以武汉市高校体育专业羽毛球专选班学生当前的学习倦怠作为研究选题开展针对体育专业学生学习倦怠行为的全面调研。本调研从武汉市高校中开设体育专业的院校着手,包括国家教育部直属重点院校(华中师范大学)、省属重点院校(湖北大学)、普通高等体育院校(武汉体育学院)和普通本科院校(湖北第二师范学院和江汉大学)。从这五所高校中抽取体育专业羽毛球专选学生以及相关老师进行研究调查。调查的形式是各选取男女大学生150名(各占50%)。发放调研问卷在调查中,借鉴连榕之编制的《大学生学习倦怠量表》,又结合与教师和学生的现场访谈,最终编制《武汉市高校体育专业羽毛球专选学生学习倦怠成因调查问卷》,对以上高校体育专业羽毛球专选学生进行问卷调查。本文在调查问卷的基础上,引入文献资料法、现场访谈法、数据分析法等,通过调查发现,在武汉市高校体育专业羽毛球专选学生当中,基于学习倦怠方面,学生的行为不当表现最为突出,具体表现为理论课学习倦怠十分严重,男生高于女生,高年级学生高于低年级学生,不同专业和不同中学毕业学校学生倦怠程度差异显著等。此外,学生情绪低落情况以及成就感不高等情况也相对严重。而究其原因,可以综合分解为社会因素、学校因素、个人因素等等。从中主客观分析存在的问题以及问题成因,由此寻找解决大学生学习倦怠的合理化对策。
[Abstract]:Students' learning burnout has always been a hot research topic in academic circles. Once students have learning burnout, they may be tired of learning, truant and so on. It is found that learning burnout is not only common among college students, but also becoming more and more serious. Especially after entering the new century, with the trend of employment difficulties caused by the continuous expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities in our country, many college students feel unemployed after graduation, so they fall into a state of confusion and helplessness, resulting in learning burnout. Although the rapid development of the sports industry requires a large number of talents, many employers say that the entry threshold of the sports industry is low, and they can choose outsiders with comprehensive qualities (including sports quality, management experience, etc.) to fill the current job gap. College students do not have to graduate from sports background. In this way, the phenomenon of narrow employment of college students majoring in physical education is more serious, and the students in school are very confused about the future development. Therefore, compared with other major sports college students, learning burnout is relatively more serious. This paper takes the current learning burnout of badminton students majoring in physical education in Wuhan as the research topic to carry out a comprehensive investigation on the learning burnout behavior of students majoring in physical education. This survey starts with colleges and universities majoring in physical education in Wuhan, including key colleges and universities directly under the Ministry of Education of the State (Central China normal University) and provincial key colleges and universities (Hubei University). General higher physical education colleges (Wuhan Institute of physical Education) and general undergraduate colleges (Hubei second normal University and Jianghan University). Selected badminton students and related teachers from these five colleges and universities for research and investigation. The survey took the form of 150 male and female college students (50% each). In the survey, we draw lessons from the scale of College students' Learning Burnout compiled by Lian Rong, and combine with the on-the-spot interviews with teachers and students. Finally, a questionnaire on the causes of learning burnout of badminton students majoring in physical education in Wuhan was compiled, and a questionnaire survey was conducted among the students majoring in badminton in colleges and universities. On the basis of questionnaire, this paper introduces literature method, field interview method, data analysis method and so on. Through the investigation, it is found that among the students majoring in badminton in colleges and universities in Wuhan, based on learning burnout, The behavior of students is the most prominent, the specific performance is that the theoretical class learning burnout is very serious, boys are higher than girls, senior students are higher than junior students, different majors and different middle school graduation school students burnout degree is significantly different, and so on. In addition, students' depression and low sense of achievement are also relatively serious. The reasons can be comprehensively decomposed into social factors, school factors, personal factors and so on. From the subjective and objective analysis of the existing problems and the causes of the problems, so as to find reasonable countermeasures to solve the learning burnout of college students.
