“271课堂”教学模式在高校公体健美操课中应用的实验研究

【摘要】:在新课程改革的不断发展下,教学研究者们对教学模式、教学方法等都在进行着不断地探索与研究。高等院校体育教育一般我们把它当做是人生中在学校系统地接受教育的最后一个阶段。为了更好的开展我国高校体育教学工作,就需要不断地探索新的、有效的和可操纵的新的教学理念与实践。本研究主要通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、专家访谈法、观察法以及教学实验法,探索和研究“271课堂”教学模式在高校公体健美操课教学中的应用效果与价值。以更好的推进我国高等院校体育改革与发展。通过对山西师范大学公共体育健美操选修课教学的研究与分析,得出以下几点结论:1、通过对实验组和对照组两组学生学习健美操的单个动作、组合动作以及成套动作的各相关指标的测试分析,以及对学生学习健美操创编能力各指标的测试分析表明,“271课堂”教学模式对学习健美操的专业技能方面的学习效果要比传统的教学模式强。“271课堂”教学模式特别注重培养学生自学的能力,使学生能够在教学中有享有真正的“主体地位”。2、通过《健美操学习兴趣量表》分别对两组学生对健美操的喜欢和讨厌程度以及自己主动学习健美操、课外关注和参与健美操的程度这四个方向进行了前后的测试对比表明,运用“271课堂”教学模式的健美操课教学中,学生对健美操学习兴趣的提高要比在传统教学模式下的健美操课教学效果好。“271课堂”教学模式注重学生之间的交流与探讨、组合学习形式的多元性与多样性,激发了学生学习的兴趣,增强了体育锻炼意识进而实现学生终身体育的培养。3、通过对《大学生合作能力量表》分别对两组学生对合作意识和合作技能这两个方面进行了实验前后对比分析,结果表明,“271课堂”教学模式在健美操选项课中的应用,加大了学生之间交流与配合的机会,在不断地交往和摩擦下,学生的合作意识不断增强、合作技能也不断地得到改善,对学生的人际交往能力的提高也起到了很强的影响,运用“271课堂”教学模式在健美操教学中要比传统的体育教学模式中学生合作能力发展的更好。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the new curriculum reform, teaching researchers are constantly exploring and studying the teaching mode and teaching methods. Physical education in colleges and universities is generally regarded as the last stage of systematic education in schools. In order to carry out physical education teaching in colleges and universities in China, it is necessary to constantly explore new, effective and manipulated new teaching ideas and practices. Through the Aerobics Learning interest scale, the two groups of students like and hate aerobics, as well as their own initiative to learn aerobics. The test and comparison between the four directions of paying attention to and participating in aerobics after class shows that in the teaching of aerobics using the teaching mode of "271 classroom", The improvement of students' interest in aerobics learning is better than that in aerobics teaching under the traditional teaching mode. The "271 classroom" teaching mode pays attention to the communication and discussion among students, and the diversity and diversity of combined learning forms. It stimulates students' interest in learning, strengthens the consciousness of physical exercise, and then realizes the cultivation of students' lifelong physical education. Through the comparative analysis of the two groups of students' cooperative consciousness and cooperative skills before and after the experiment, the results show that the application of "271 classroom" teaching mode in aerobics optional course is carried out by comparing and analyzing the two groups of students' cooperative consciousness and cooperative skills before and after the experiment. The opportunity of communication and cooperation among students has been increased. Under the continuous communication and friction, students' cooperative consciousness and cooperative skills have been continuously improved, which has also had a strong impact on the improvement of students' interpersonal communication ability. The application of "271 classroom" teaching mode in aerobics teaching is better than the traditional physical education teaching mode in the development of students' cooperative ability.
