瑜伽练习对网球运动的影响效应研究

【摘要】:近几年网球在国内迅速发展一方面是由于中国运动员特别是女子网球运动员在国际大赛上尤其是大满贯赛事上取得可喜的成绩,另一方面是中国网球协会联合国际网联在中国新增了几项比较大型的赛事。这些赛事如中网、武网等近几年的成功举办,影响着一批又一批的人对网球产生浓厚的兴趣。网球运动是一项对运动员身体体能和心理素质要求都很高的对抗性项目,在网球运动中,他要求运动员有着精细的动作和复杂多变的技战术。如何在日常的学习和训练中找到合适的身体素质训练方法以及在比赛中保持良好的体能是一项值得探讨的问题。瑜伽作为一项古老而传统的健身功法,在提高身体素质和发展身体机能的方面有着卓越的表现。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、问卷调查法、实验法等研究方法,将瑜伽练习引入网球活动中,就瑜伽练习对提高身体耐力、爆发力、速度等方面的帮助和效果,深入探讨通过瑜伽运动的学习和锻炼,对学习网球及提高网球技术方面的帮助。实验选取广东机电职业技术学院网球选修课2个班学生为实验对象,分成实验班和对照班,各班人数均为40人,在进行教学实验前,两班学生均无网球基础。实验班在教学中引入瑜伽练习的方法进行素质练习,对照班则采用传统素质练习方法。进行为期32学时的教学实验。通过对结果进行分析发现:1.瑜伽练习在高校网球选修班的教学中,对学生的身体素质提高效果显著,其中在耐力和速度素质上表现最明显。2.瑜伽练习在对初学者的网球技术动作的规范性和网球击球稳定性上都有着比传统素质教学法更为良好的表现,且都在正手动作的表现上更为明显。而在击球球速上,则瑜伽练习在对初学者反手击球球速上有着比传统素质教学法更为良好的表现。3.瑜伽练习在对初学者学习网球发球过程中,不管是动作规范性还是发球稳定性及发球球速上都有着比传统素质教学法更为良好的表现。4.常规素质练习在高校网球选修班的教学中,对学生的身体素质也有着一定程度的提高,其中在在灵敏性和速度素质上表现比较明显。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of tennis in China in recent years is due to the gratifying achievements of Chinese athletes, especially female tennis players, in international competitions, especially in Grand Slam events. On the other hand, the China Tennis Association and the International Internet Federation have added several more large events in China. The successful holding of these events, such as China Open and Wuwang in recent years, has affected a group of people who have a strong interest in tennis. Tennis is a kind of antagonistic event which requires high physical and psychological quality of athletes. In tennis, he requires athletes to have fine movements and complex and changeable techniques and tactics. How to find appropriate physical fitness training methods in daily study and training and maintain good physical fitness in the competition is a problem worthy of discussion. Yoga, as an ancient and traditional fitness method, has excellent performance in improving physical quality and developing physical function. By using the methods of literature, expert interview, mathematical statistics, questionnaire and experiment, this paper introduces yoga practice into tennis activities, and introduces yoga practice to improve physical endurance and explosive power. Speed and other aspects of help and effect, in-depth discussion of yoga learning and exercise, to learn tennis and improve tennis skills. In the experiment, two classes of tennis elective courses in Guangdong Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Technology were selected as the experimental subjects, which were divided into experimental class and control class with 40 students in each class. before the teaching experiment, the students in the two classes had no tennis foundation. The experimental class introduces the method of yoga practice to carry on the quality practice, while the control class adopts the traditional quality practice method. A 32-hour teaching experiment was carried out. Through the analysis of the results, it is found that: 1. Yoga practice has a significant effect on students' physical quality in the teaching of tennis elective classes in colleges and universities, among which endurance and speed are the most obvious. 2. Yoga practice has a better performance than the traditional quality teaching method in the standardization of tennis technical movements and the stability of tennis batting for beginners, and it is more obvious in forehand movements. In terms of batting speed, yoga practice has a better performance than the traditional quality teaching method in backhand batting speed for beginners. Yoga practice has a better performance than the traditional quality teaching method in the process of learning tennis serve for beginners, whether it is the standardization of action, the stability of serve and the speed of serving. 4. In the teaching of tennis elective classes in colleges and universities, the conventional quality exercise also improves the physical quality of students to a certain extent, among which the sensitivity and speed quality are more obvious.
