石家庄市少儿室内拓展训练俱乐部现状研究

【摘要】:以产业视角重新审视体育发展战略,以产业手段促进全民体育发展,是如今体育界一致的看法。这不仅是我国由传统体育大国向新时期体育强国转型的需要,也是我国未来新常态经济环境下,为经济发展寻找可依赖的新增长源泉的要求。随着《国务院关于加快发展体育产业促进体育消费的若干意见》的下发,全民健身首次被提升至国家战略高度,我国体育产业的政策红利随之到来,将迎来广阔的发展机遇,不仅为传统体育项目的商业化运作创造空间,也催生出一些新的体育项目作为实践大众体育的切入点。拓展训练作为一种体验式学习模式,在提高活动参与者身体素质和意志品质方面具有正面作用和价值,是新兴体育运动向全民健身的有利延伸,因此而成为体育健身休闲服务业中一项发展势头迅猛的商业化项目。拓展训练行业的快速发展行业格局以及竞争态势也逐渐发生变化,少儿室内拓展训练即是拓展训练行业在差异化竞争中探索出的细分市场,并在竞争中逐步走向成熟。然而,拓展训练虽然进入我国已走过二十年,但一直徘徊在主流体育产业边缘,只是近几年才引起广泛关注,因此在拓展训练的发展过程中不可避免地出现了一些问题,诸如拓展培训师的准入门槛低、行业标准缺失等方面的问题尤为突出;而拓展训练机构也面临着扩展硬软件资源、创新性地合理制定新的训练内容及项目等经营难题。这些问题也渗透到少儿室内拓展训练行业并且在少儿室内拓展训练行业有所体现。此外,由于少儿学员在身体条件、心理素质等方面有别与成年学员,少儿室内拓展训练的组织、开展因此面临着更为严苛的考验。而这些问题都将制约少儿室内拓展训练的发展。本文以石家庄市少儿室内拓展训练俱乐部作为研究对象,运用文献资料法、观察法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,对石家庄市少儿室内拓展训练俱乐部发展现状进行了研究。研究结果显示:虽然石家庄市少儿室内拓展训练行业属于体育健身休闲服务市场的新生力量,处在发展的初级阶段,规模小、进入门槛低、缺乏有效地政策规范,存在有经营离散度高、社会认同度较低、产品项目单一化、项目定价较高,新产品开发滞后等问题,但整体来看,石家庄市少儿室内拓展训各俱乐部场地选址较成功,参与消费者消费能力强、潜在消费群体不断扩大,而且行业自律性较高,没有出现在价格上的恶意竞争情况,行业的整个发展处于良性。此外本文认为,专业人才资源匮乏是制约石家庄市少儿室内拓展训练俱乐部长远发展的最大挚肘,教练员队伍年龄结构偏向青年化、教练员无证上岗、专业化程度不高以及服务理念和相关职业培训的缺失,导致了石家庄市少儿室内拓展训练项目缺乏核心竞争力。基于此,本文建议国家相关部门应尽快出台拓展训练行业职业资格认定办法,统一从业人员资格标准,监管机构设定合理的行业门槛,以保障全民健身市场中消费者的合法权益;在行业层面应组建成立石家庄市少儿室内拓展训练行业协会,加强行业自律性;而企业应加强品牌意识、转变从业者服务理念、加快研发新项目;实施多元化经营模式、差异化定价策略、拓展市场以获得长久发展。
[Abstract]:Re-examine the sports development strategy with the industrial perspective, and promote the national sports development with the industrial means, which is the same view of the sports community nowadays. This is not only the need of our country's transformation from the traditional sports power to the new period of sports power, but also the new source of new growth for economic development in the new normal economic environment of our country. With the issuance of the State Council's Opinions on Speeding up the Development of the Sports Industry to Promote the Sports Consumption, the National Fitness for the first time is promoted to the national strategic height, and the policy bonus of the sports industry in China is coming, and will usher in a wide development opportunity. It not only creates space for the commercial operation of the traditional sports, but also gives birth to some new sports as the entry point for practicing the mass sports. The development of training, as an experience-based learning model, has a positive role and value in improving the physical quality and the will-quality of the active participants, and is an advantageous extension of the new sports to the whole people's body-building. Therefore, it becomes a rapid commercial project in the sports fitness and leisure service industry. The rapid development of the training industry and the changing of the competitive situation, the development and training of the children's interior is to expand the sub-market that the training industry has explored in the differentiation competition, and gradually become mature in the competition. However, the development of training, while entering China for 20 years, has been at the edge of the mainstream sports industry, and has only attracted wide attention in recent years, so there are some problems in the development of the development of training, such as the low threshold for the development of the trainer. The problems such as the lack of industry standard and so on are particularly prominent; and the expansion and training institutions are also faced with the expansion of hard-software resources, and the innovative and rational development of new training content and projects. These problems also penetrate into the children's indoor development and training industry, and expand the training industry in the children's room. In addition, because of the physical condition, psychological quality, and so on, the children of the children are not able to develop and train the adult students and the children's interior, thus facing a more demanding test. These problems will restrict the development of the children's indoor expansion and training. In this paper, the present situation of the development of indoor development training clubs in Shijiazhuang is studied by means of literature, observation, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis. The results of the study show that, while the indoor development and training industry of Shijiazhuang is a new force in the sports fitness and leisure service market, it is in the primary stage of development, the scale is small, the entry threshold is low, the effective policy specification is lacking, and there is a low degree of management and low social recognition. The problem of singulation of product items, high price of the project, lagging of new product development, etc. However, in the whole, the site selection of various club sites in Shijiazhuang's children's indoor development training is successful, the participation of the consumers is strong, the potential consumption groups are expanding, and the self-discipline of the industry is high, There is no malevolent competition in price, and the whole development of the industry is in a benign state. in addition, this article is of that view that the shortage of professional resources is the limit to the long-term development of the children's indoor expansion and training club in Shijiazhuang, the age structure of the coach is biased to the youth, the coach does not work without a license, the degree of specialization is not high, and the service concept and the related vocational training are missing, It has led to the lack of the core competitiveness of the children's indoor development training project in Shijiazhuang. On the basis of this, it is suggested that the relevant departments of the state should, as soon as possible, introduce the method of expanding the professional qualification of the training industry, unify the qualification standards of the employees, and set a reasonable industry threshold to guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of consumers in the national fitness market; At the industry level, it is necessary to set up an indoor development and training association for children in Shijiazhuang, and to strengthen the self-discipline of the industry; and the enterprise should strengthen the brand consciousness, change the service concept of the practitioner, and accelerate the R & D of the new project; and implement the diversified operation mode and the differential pricing strategy. Expand the market for long-term development.
