美国城市精明增长干预公共健康的镜鉴

【摘要】：探讨美国城市精明增长的演进历程及与公共健康的历史渊源,阐述城市精明增长干预公共健康的实施原则、机制及成效,发现美国城市精明增长理念在干预公共健康方面发挥着重要的指导作用。提出我国城市精明增长促进公共健康政府行为的主导路径和全社会反馈系统的支持路径,为我国新常态背景下城市规划与公共健康之间协调发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:This paper probes into the evolution course of urban shrewd growth in the United States and its historical origin with public health, expounds the implementation principles, mechanisms and effects of urban shrewd growth intervention in public health, and finds that the concept of shrewd urban growth in the United States plays an important guiding role in interfering with public health. This paper puts forward the leading path of urban smart growth to promote public health government behavior and the supporting path of the whole social feedback system, which provides a reference for the coordinated development of urban planning and public health under the background of the new normal.
