不同专项运动员完成极限工作时的能量代谢激素调节的特点

【摘要】:探索具有高级技能水平的不同专项(滑冰和田径)运动员在自行车测功仪上完成分级式负荷增长直至衰竭时各种能量物质和激素水平的动态变化。在相对安静状态下、力竭工作时刻、恢复时的第3分钟和第10分钟时,测定静脉血中胰岛素和生长激素水平、脂肪酸、甘油和葡萄糖的浓度以及乳酸浓度以及尿液中儿茶酚胺浓度。结果表明:速度滑冰选手和田径运动员具有完成较高负荷工作的能力,这与高效利用能量物质和氧气有极大的关系。不同运动项目选手的激素和代谢物质浓度之间的相关程度是不同的,这证实了具有同等技能水平和处于年度训练周期同一阶段的不同专项运动员对负荷具有不同的激素代谢反应。
[Abstract]:To explore the dynamic changes of various energy substances and hormones in bicycle dynamometer with different special projects (skating and track and field) with advanced skill level. The levels of insulin and growth hormone, the concentrations of fatty acids, glycerol and glucose, lactic acid and catecholamine in urine were measured at the third and 10th minutes of recovery at the time of exhaustive working and recovery in relatively quiet state. The concentration of insulin and growth hormone, the concentration of fatty acid, glycerol and glucose, the concentration of lactic acid and the concentration of catecholamine in urine were measured. The results show that speed skaters and track and field athletes have the ability to complete high load work, which is closely related to the efficient use of energy and oxygen. The correlation degree between hormone and metabolite concentrations of different sports athletes is different, which confirms that different special athletes with the same skill level and the same stage of annual training cycle have different hormone metabolic responses to load.
