英格兰足球青少年球员培养探究

英国拥有较为悠久的体育历史以及开展体育运动的传统。作为现代足球的发源地,英国足球发展较好、水平较高、专业化与商业化程度都处于世界前列。其中,英格兰足球是英国体育以及足球运动发展的代表。英格兰国家足球代表队以“三狮军团”自称,在众多世界大赛上创下不俗战绩,更以赢得1966年世界杯足球赛为标志成为世界足球强队之一。此外,英格兰足球超级联赛作为英格兰本土最高级别足球赛事因其精彩激烈的赛事、成功的商业化推广和世界级球星的加盟吸引了成千上万的足球爱好者,成为全世界最成功的足球联赛之一。从文化理念上看,足球是英国国家形象和国民精神的重要组成部分,在新工党和卡梅伦政府时期,足球运动得到大力支持和进一步发展,成为增强国家政治、经济与影响力的重要组成部分。而加强青少年球员的培养,是保持其可持续发展的重要原因和举措之一。英格兰足球持续多年的成功与其自身青少年足球的专业培训和大力发展密不可分。探究英格兰足球青少年培养及相关政策支持具有一定的现实意义,有利于帮助广大足球爱好者更加了解英国足球,更有助于其他国家在青少年足球培训和发展方面借鉴英格兰足球的成功经验,从而提高其足球运动整体水平。本文通过文献资料法、数...
