【摘要】:青少年时期是人生关键时期。在美国,青少年健康体适能被认为是身体健康最重要的指标之一。体适能一部分受遗传决定,但环境因素更为重要,其中运动是其最主要的影响因素。中国已经成为继美国之后的“第二大肥胖国”,美国体适能先进的体育教育理念和模式值得快速借鉴。运动的结果绝对不是大脑简单、四肢发达,恰恰相反,运动不仅会强健体魄,更能改造大脑。本文以HF公司从事青少儿体适能培训项目作为案例进行研究。围绕人力资源管理、培训课程专业性、市场营销、企业运营资金管理四个方面,客观理性的看待自身发展现状及问题,通过PEST分析法和SWOT分析法展开企业外部经济环境和内部优劣势、机会与威胁的深入分析,深度研讨企业内外部经营环境及竞争压力,挖掘企业可持续发展的内在动力和外部机遇,大力借鉴行业中成熟企业运营管理方法,归纳总结出解决企业发展现状中问题的管理措施及战略,达成企业短期、中期盈利及发展目标。HF公司为合伙创办企业,在企业筹备及起步阶段及前期经营过程中遇到的失败经历,也希望透过本文进行深度自省及梳理,同时若能够给予更多向往创业并选用合伙形式的后来者起到借鉴和警示作用,更提升了本文的实战意义。
