一位中学英语教师职业幸福感的生活史研究

【摘要】：幸福是人生永恒的主题,是所有人的追求和需要。随着素质教育的深入推进,人们开始关注师生的幸福问题。教师的职业幸福感影响着学生的幸福和教育的发展。教师职业幸福感,是教师在教育教学工作中,因为需要得以满足,价值得以实现,个体内心对职业生活认知评价而体验到的一种满意的稳定状态。本研究将在已有理论研究和量化研究成果的基础上,采用生活史的研究方法,对合作教师的职业生活进行具体、全面、深入的探讨。通过深入F中学实习,和F中学周若教师建立合作关系,采用观察、访谈、听课、实物收集等方法来收集资料,以期能够理解合作教师心中的职业幸福感以及影响其职业幸福感背后的缘由。希望更多的人能理解一线教师的生活,关注教师们作为人的生命和幸福体验,探讨以人为本的教育本质。本文包括七个部分,第一部分是绪论,讨论了选题的缘由、研究问题和研究意义；第二部分是与教师职业幸福感相关的文献综述,在已有的文献中获得启示和寻找本文的研究空间；第三部分是研究设计及历程,对本文核心概念进行界定,建构本文的研究架构；介绍了研究方法和研究对象的选择、资料收集与分析的历程以及研究伦理；第四部分是合作教师周若老师的生命叙事,生动立体地呈现出她生命历程；第五部分是对周若老师理解其职业幸福感的生活史分析,主要从她职业生活中的关键事件(公开课经历、班主任经历)以及影响其职业幸福感的维度(个人角度、职业角度、生活角度)来进行分析；第六章是关于教师职业幸福感的反思和发现,笔者提出了教师情归何处?教师路在何方?教师该如何存在?三个问题来反思教师职业幸福感与家庭、学校和社会之间的联系。第七章是笔者的关于本文的一些反思。希望笔者与周若老师共同讲述的这个故事、或能唤起读者的感同身受,或能唤起读者的反思意识,从而找到某些可以参考借鉴的东西。
[Abstract]:Happiness is the eternal theme of life and the pursuit and need of all. With the development of quality education, People begin to pay attention to the happiness of teachers and students. The professional well-being of teachers affects the happiness of students and the development of education. A stable state of satisfaction experienced by an individual's inner evaluation of professional life. On the basis of the existing theoretical research and quantitative research results, this study will make a concrete, comprehensive and in-depth discussion on the professional life of cooperative teachers by using the research method of life history. Establish a cooperative relationship with teacher Zhou Ruo in F Middle School, and collect data by means of observation, interviews, lectures, physical collection, etc. I hope that more people can understand the life of first-line teachers and pay attention to the life and happiness of teachers as human beings. To explore the essence of people-oriented education. This article includes seven parts, the first part is the introduction, discusses the reason of the topic, the research question and the research significance; the second part is the literature review related to the teachers' professional well-being. The third part is the research design and course, defines the core concepts of this paper, constructs the research framework of this paper, introduces the research methods and the choice of research objects. The course of data collection and analysis and research ethics; part 4th is the life narration of teacher Zhou Ruo, a cooperative teacher, showing her life course vividly and stereoscopically; part 5th is an analysis of the life history of teacher Zhou Ruo's understanding of her professional well-being. Mainly from her professional life in the key events (open class experience, class teacher experience) and the impact of their career well-being dimensions (personal perspective, career perspective, life perspective) to analyze; Chapter 6th is about the reflection and discovery of teachers' professional well-being. Where is the teacher's way? How do teachers exist? Three questions to reflect on the relationship between teachers' professional well-being and family, school and society. Chapter 7th is the author's reflection on this article. Or can arouse the reader's introspection consciousness, thus find something that can be used for reference.
