农村音体美教师“专职专任、多校兼课”的实践探索

【摘要】:专职专任、多校兼课是指让有限的农村音体美教师到相邻的两到三所学校担任与他们所学专业相对应的音体美课程,进行走校上课的一种教师交流制度。太原市小店区刘家堡乡中心学校的实践表明,专职专任、多校兼课以优化发展为前提,以交流共享为载体,致力于促进教育均衡发展和教育公平,是解决农村小学音体美学科师资薄弱,教学资源匮乏的一条有效途径。
[Abstract]:Full-time full-time, multi-school and concurrent teaching refers to a teacher exchange system in which a limited number of rural phonological and physical beauty teachers are assigned to two or three adjacent schools as the corresponding courses for their major. The practice of Liujiaobao Township Central School in Xiaodian District of Taiyuan City shows that full-time, multi-school and concurrent courses are based on optimization of development, exchange and sharing as carriers, and dedicated to promoting balanced development of education and educational fairness. It is an effective way to solve the shortage of teachers and teaching resources.
