我国中小教育培训机构诚信文化建设研究

【摘要】:我国教育培训机构经过30多年的发展已成为我国教育的一个重要组成部分,全国有数十万家各类教育培训机构,每年培训的青少年超过1亿人次,创造3000-4000亿元的市场价值,而且每年还在以超过10%以上的速度增长。虽然我国教育培训机构数量庞大、从业人员、培训人数的数量众多,但仍属于初级阶段,从业人员素质不高、竞争力不强。中小教育培训机构大多发展时间不长,规模不大,制度建设不完善,普遍存在经营过程中的诚信不足的问题,严重制约了企业发展。在经济日趋全球化的今天,建设企业诚信文化是企业健康有序发展的基础,是企业可持续发展的重要因素。目前我国中小教育机构逐渐意识到诚信文化建设的重要性,很多机构已开始探索建立有中国特色的企业诚信文化建设,培养员工的诚信意识,塑造企业的诚信价值观,建立诚信管理机制,旨在提高企业的竞争力和可持续发展。 本文从诚信文化的基本概念入手,通过文献研究法,梳理了国内外学者关于诚信文化的研究成果,通过调查研究法,分析了我国教育培训机构的发展状况以及我国中小教育培训机构在诚信文化建设上存在的问题;通过案例研究法,以学尚教育培训中心为例,重点分析了学尚教育诚信文化建设所采取的成功经验和成效;在此基础上,提出我国中小教育培训机构在诚信文化建设上的对策和举措。 通过研究,我们认为,中小教育培训机构的诚信文化建设是中小教育培训机构可持续发展的重要因素,我们首先要认识到诚信文化建设对企业发展的重要性,才能重视企业的诚信文化建设,让整个社会都来关注、督促中小教育培训机构的诚信文化建设,让中小教育培训机构的从业人员自觉树立诚信意识,加强诚信制度建设,从而实现中小教育培训机构的良性的、可持续的发展。 论文的创新和贡献之处在于:一、提出诚信意识的培养和诚信制度的建设是中小教育培训机构诚信文化建设的关键;二、实地调研了合肥市中小教育培训机构的状况,分析其存在的问题,总结了诚信文化建设对其自身发展的重要性;三、以合肥市中小教育培训机构的代表——学尚教育培训中心为典型案例进行分析,为中小教育培训机构的可持续成长提供了有益的启示。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of development, educational and training institutions in China have become an important part of education in our country. There are hundreds of thousands of educational and training institutions in China. More than 100 million young people are trained every year, creating a market value of 3000-400 billion yuan, and it is still growing at a rate of more than 10 per cent every year. Although the number of educational and training institutions in China is huge, the number of employees and the number of training personnel is large, but it still belongs to the primary stage, the quality of employees is not high, the competitiveness is not strong. Most of the small and medium-sized education and training institutions have not developed for a long time, the scale is not large, the system construction is not perfect, and there is a common problem of lack of integrity in the management process, which seriously restricts the development of enterprises. With the increasing globalization of economy, the construction of enterprise integrity culture is the basis of the healthy and orderly development of enterprises and an important factor for the sustainable development of enterprises. At present, small and medium-sized educational institutions in China are gradually aware of the importance of the construction of integrity culture. Many institutions have begun to explore the establishment of enterprise integrity culture construction with Chinese characteristics, cultivate the integrity consciousness of employees, shape the integrity values of enterprises, and establish integrity management mechanism, in order to improve the competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises. Starting with the basic concept of honesty culture, this paper combs the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on honesty culture through the method of literature research, and through the method of investigation and research, analyzes the development of educational and training institutions in our country and the problems existing in the construction of honesty culture in small and medium-sized educational and training institutions in our country. Through the case study method, taking the Learning Education and training Center as an example, this paper focuses on the successful experience and effectiveness of the construction of the good faith culture in the study and education, and on this basis, puts forward the countermeasures and measures for the construction of the credit culture in the small and medium-sized education and training institutions in our country. Through the study, we believe that the construction of honesty culture in small and medium-sized education and training institutions is an important factor for the sustainable development of small and medium-sized education and training institutions. First of all, we must recognize the importance of the construction of good faith culture to the development of enterprises, in order to attach importance to the construction of enterprise integrity culture, let the whole society pay attention to, and urge the construction of integrity culture of small and medium-sized education and training institutions. Let the practitioners of small and medium-sized education and training institutions consciously establish the sense of good faith and strengthen the construction of good faith system, so as to realize the benign and sustainable development of small and medium-sized education and training institutions. The innovation and contribution of this paper lies in: first, it is pointed out that the cultivation of honesty consciousness and the construction of honesty system are the key to the construction of honesty culture in small and medium-sized education and training institutions, second, the situation of small and medium-sized education and training institutions in Hefei is investigated on the spot, the existing problems are analyzed, and the importance of the construction of honesty culture to its own development is summarized. Third, taking Xuexang Education and training Center, a representative of small and medium-sized education and training institutions in Hefei, as a typical case, it provides useful enlightenment for the sustainable growth of small and medium-sized education and training institutions.
