大学生社会支持、专业承诺与职业决策困难的关系
[Abstract]:On the basis of random sampling, the present situation of 502 college students' social support, professional commitment and career decision-making difficulties were investigated by questionnaire, and the relationship between them was analyzed. The purpose is to explore the recent situation of college students seeking employment and provide theoretical guidance for employment. In this study, the perceived Social support scale, the College students' Professional commitment questionnaire, the career Decision-making difficulty questionnaire were used as the research tools, descriptive statistics and independent sample t-test were used. Analysis of 502 valid questionnaires by correlation analysis and regression analysis showed that: (1) there were no differences in gender, career self-exploration, career planning exploration, career goal determination and total score of career decision-making difficulties. In terms of career information exploration, girls have more difficulties than boys. (2) there is no significant difference in subject types, career information exploration, career self-exploration, career goal determination and total score of career decision-making difficulties; In the exploration of career planning, liberal arts students show more difficulties than science students. (3) there are significant differences in the total score of career decision making difficulties and the score of dimension between them. Students with different majors and interests showed more difficulties in these aspects. (4) there was no significant difference in the total score of professional commitment and the score of each dimension in the gender and the nature of the subject, but there was no significant difference in whether the major and interest were consistent or not. (5) the social support of college students is significantly related to professional commitment and career decision making difficulties. (6) College students' professional commitment has a significant impact on career decision in social support. The influence of strategy difficulties plays a part of the role of intermediary.
