论“青少年奖励计划变成长计划”背景下学校课程体系改革

【摘要】:国际青年奖励计划作为一个非竞争性的青少年的素质教育项目,本着继承发展国际青年奖励计划让更多不同背景的青少年,为参与者提供发展生存技能的框架以帮助其应对生活中的挑战,获得走向成功人生的能力,取得个人的成功,帮助挑战者实现抱负。事实上,奖励计划在走入中国后变成为青少年成长计划,活动的个体针对性不强,完成任务门槛更高,强调技能的生成与提高,忽视参与者个人不同的起点、能力和兴趣。同时,对每一阶段的挑战或送阶段划分不清,短时间能力提升,但这种兴趣和习惯延续到日后的生活中去。
[Abstract]:The International Youth Award Scheme, as a non-competitive quality education project for young people, is based on the continuation and development of the International Youth Award Scheme to reach a wider range of young people from different backgrounds, Provide participants with a framework to develop survival skills to help them cope with challenges in their lives, gain the ability to move towards a successful life, achieve individual success, and help challengers achieve their aspirations. In fact, after entering China, the reward scheme becomes a growth plan for young people. The individual activity is not targeted and the threshold for completing the task is higher, emphasizing the generation and improvement of skills, and ignoring the participants' different starting points, abilities and interests. At the same time, each stage of the challenge or delivery stage is not clear, short-term ability to improve, but this interest and habits continue into the future of life.
