高等医学院校医学生心理健康存在的问题与对策探析

【摘要】：医学生作为大学生群体的特殊组成部分，他们既面临着理论知识与专业技能的双重压力；又面临着医患矛盾等复杂的社会环境压力。因此，医学生的心理健康问题是一个不可忽视的社会问题。心理素质是个人整体素质的重要组成部分，作为医学生，除了需要具备扎实的专业基础知识、精湛的专业实践技能之外，还需要具备良好的心理素质。同时，，作为医学界的后备军，医学生的心理健康状况事关国家医疗队伍的建设，也影响国家医疗卫生事业的发展。但是，由于社会生活节奏不断加快,竞争愈加激烈，医学生面临繁重的课业压力、经济压力、社会压力等，使医学生的心理健康问题面临重大挑战，甚至有的医学生出现了严重的心理问题和不良倾向。因此，需要对医学生心理健康问题给予格外的关注，通过多种途径解决医学生的心理健康问题，保证医学生的心理状态良性运行。更需要对医学生的心理健康状况进行调查，为医学生心理健康教育提供科学依据，为促进医学生心理健康提供有效的对策。本文研究的主要目的在于通过医学生心理健康基础理论分析，特别是通过对医学生心理健康基本内涵、影响因素、评价标准和主要特点的研究，以吉林大学临床医学院本科生为主要调研对象，通过运用调查问卷、深度访谈、参与观察等方法分析医学生心理健康的总体状况，发现医学生心理健康的不足之处，并深入分析医学生心理健康存在问题的主要原因，最后提出相应的解决措施。具体内容分为以下五个部分：第一部分为绪论。主要介绍选题的背景和意义，国内外医学生心理健康相关问题的综述，以及针对本文的研究方法、创新点和不足之处进行了论述。第二部分为医学生心理健康的理论概述。主要介绍医学生心理健康的基本理论与概念，重点分析医学生心理健康的内涵、评价标准、影响因素以及主要特点。在前人研究成果的基础上，总结本文后期将开展的问卷调查，给出高等医学院校学生心理健康的界定。第三部分为高等医学院校医学生心理健康现状分析。集中论述医学生心理健康的现状。首先，文章从总体角度揭示了医学生心理健康的现状；其次，文章将通过问卷调查、网络调查、深入访谈等手段，对其心理健康状况进行深度调查，从中发现并总结出医学生心理健康方面出现的问题，予以清晰的阐述。第四部分为高等医学院校医学生心理健康问题产生的原因。该部分集中论述了医学生心理健康问题产生的原因。对医学生心理健康存在的问题，本文总结出以下几方面的成因，具体包括：心理健康观念的滞后性，高等医学院校心理健康教育的缺陷，医学生的心理健康受到家庭与社会因素的影响，高等医学院校培养目标、培养模式的特殊性等原因。第五部分为高等医学院校医学生心理健康问题的对策。该部分主要探讨了改善医学生心理健康问题的对策。针对心理健康问题的成因，文章提供了相应的解决思路：一要指导高等医学院校医学生树立正确的心理健康观念，二要提升高等医学院校医学生心理健康教育水平，三要营造医学生心理健康的良好环境，四要重视高等医学专业特殊性与专业性，五要加强高等医学院校医学生的自我心理保健。

The psychological quality is an important part of the overall quality of the individual, as a medical student, in addition to the need of solid professional basic knowledge, exquisite professional practice skill, it also needs to have good psychological quality. At the same time, as the reserve army of the medical community, the mental health status of the medical students is related to the construction of the national medical team, and also the development of the national health care industry. However, because the pace of social life is increasing, the competition is becoming more and more intense, the medical students face the heavy burden of the class, the economic pressure, the social pressure and so on, so that the mental health problems of the medical students face the major challenge, and even the medical students have serious psychological problems and bad tendencies. Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to the mental health problems of medical students, to solve the mental health problems of medical students through a variety of ways, and to ensure the good psychological state of medical students. It is more necessary to investigate the mental health status of medical students, provide scientific basis for medical students' mental health education, and provide effective countermeasures to promote the mental health of medical students.
