阳光心理教育在大一师范生中的探索

【摘要】：青年阶段是人走向成熟的重要时期,而此时最重要的过渡阶段便是由中学迈入大学。刚刚步入大学的学生虽然生理已趋于成熟,但心理的发展仍存在不稳定因素。面对全新的大学生活,很多学生个性上或心理上的缺点及问题难免会暴露在集体生活中。文章针对"师范生"这一毕业后将为人师的特殊大学生群体,发现师范类高校一年级阳光心理教育方面存在的问题,旨在提出有效的、积极的、必要的阳光心理教育策略,使学生在这个关键的成长过渡阶段减少一些心理负担,更快地适应大学的学习生活,进而为将来走上工作岗位面对复杂的问题奠定良好的心理基础。
[Abstract]:Youth stage is an important period for people to mature, and the most important transition stage is from middle school to university. Although the students who have just entered the university have become mature physiologically, there are still unstable factors in the development of psychology. In the face of new college life, many students' personality or psychological shortcomings and problems will inevitably be exposed to collective life. In view of the special group of college students who will become teachers after graduation, this paper finds out the problems existing in the sunshine psychological education in the first grade of normal colleges and universities, in order to put forward effective, positive and necessary strategies for sunshine psychological education, so that students can reduce some psychological burden in this critical stage of growth and transition, and adapt to the study and life of the university more quickly. Thus, it lays a good psychological foundation for working in the future to face complex problems.
