【摘要】：理想的现代学校管理不仅要适应现代社会和现代教育发展的需要,更为重要的是要体现人文精神的意蕴和学校组织的特性,为育人功能的实现服务。理想的现代学校管理之目的观是"使人成为人",将促进学生的发展作为最终目标;人性观是"将人当作人",尊重人的特性,遵循人的发展规律,满足人的发展需要;价值观是"公正",保障受教育者平等的受教育权;"品格"是"包容",表现为参与性、开放性和吸收性;"个性"是"自主",拥有充分的自主权,实现管理与决策的独立性和专业性;"气质"是"柔性",实施柔性的管理,以组织文化的构建等柔性策略引领学校的发展。
[Abstract]:The ideal modern school management should not only adapt to the needs of modern society and modern education, but also to reflect the connotation of the humanistic spirit and the characteristics of the school organization to serve the function of education.
