论大学生心理健康教育的主题需求——基于广西某高职院校的心理普查数据

【摘要】:SCL-90症状自评量表普查数据的计量分析表明,测试总分在160分及以上存在不同程度心理问题的大学生,其心理因子中的人际关系敏感、焦虑、偏执因子对该学生群体的总体心理状况具有"代表性"。对此类"代表因子"进行心理成因调查和教育主题需求分析表明,大学生需要能够增强相互认同和归属感知能力的集体主义教育,增强纳悦自我、相互信赖、彼此接纳的认知能力教育,有关生涯规划方面的主题教育,人格成长理论的主题教育,高尚的价值观念和道德情操方面的主题教育及常见心理问题自我调适方法的主题教育。
[Abstract]:The quantitative analysis of SCL-90 symptom Checklist (SCL-90) census data showed that college students with psychological problems with a total score of 160and above had sensitive interpersonal relationship and anxiety in psychological factors. The paranoia factor is representative of the general psychological condition of the student group. The investigation of the psychological causes of such "representative factors" and the analysis of the needs of educational subjects show that college students need collectivism education that can enhance their mutual identity and sense of belonging, enhance their self-acceptance and trust each other. Mutual acceptance of cognitive ability education, thematic education on career planning, thematic education on personality growth theory, thematic education on noble values and moral sentiments, and thematic education on self-adjustment methods for common psychological problems.
