论新课程实施中农村教师“日常反抗”的正向功能

【摘要】:"日常反抗"是"弱者"自我保护和抗争的"武器",是指在日常生活中对外在控制所施加的持续性地、隐密性的抵制与不合作。在课程改革中,农村教师的"日常反抗"行为普遍存在,它主要表现为:在认识上将"课程改革"事件化;在话语争夺上充当地方教育、家长的"代理人";在行动中"新瓶装旧酒"。虽然农村教师的"日常反抗"具有增加改革成本等负向功能,但是它也有着"安全阀"、"纠偏仪"以及"警醒决策者"和"保存旧传统"的正向功能。辩证地看待日常反抗的正向功能,将有助于人们更好地从农村教师的立场来认识新课程改革,同时促使研究者和决策者思考如何尽可能地挖掘日常反抗的正向功能,进而探索更加符合农村社会实际与农村教师内在需要的教育变革路径。
[Abstract]:"Daily resistance" is the "weapon" of self-protection and protest of the "weak", which refers to the persistent, secret resistance and non-cooperation imposed on the external control in daily life. In the course of curriculum reform, rural teachers'"daily revolt" generally exists, which is mainly manifested in the following aspects: the event of "curriculum reform" in cognition, the role of local education in discourse contention, A parent's "agent"; in action "old wine in new bottles". Although the rural teachers'"daily revolt" has the negative function of increasing the cost of reform, it also has the positive functions of "safety valve", "deviation correction instrument" and "alerting the decision makers" and "preserving the old tradition". A dialectical view of the positive function of daily revolt will help people better understand the new curriculum reform from the standpoint of rural teachers, and at the same time urge researchers and decision makers to think about how to tap the positive function of daily revolt as much as possible. Then it explores the path of educational reform which meets the needs of rural society and rural teachers.
