教育惩罚的人性基础
[Abstract]:The purpose of educational punishment is to promote the development of human beings, so the theoretical study of educational punishment should be consistent with the foundation of human nature. This is the theoretical basis of the implementation of educational punishment, and also the focus and direction of the theoretical study of educational punishment in the future. The relationship between human nature and education is not only the essence of pedagogy, but also the basic problem of educational punishment researchers. Only when we understand human nature, can we better carry out educational activities and correctly carry out educational punishment. Historically, Chinese and Western educational thinkers hold different views on human nature. In China, the theory of human nature of educational punishment is mainly discussed from two aspects of sexual good and evil; in the west, the viewpoint of human nature should be more diversified, and human nature should be analyzed and proved from many aspects, such as divinity, nature and sociality. From the study of educationalists' thoughts of educational punishment, we can see that their thoughts of punishment are based on their own hypothesis of human nature, that is, what kind of theory of human nature has what kind of view of punishment. Guided by Marx's methodology and thought of human nature, this paper discusses the relationship between human nature and educational punishment from the aspects of human nature and the emergence of educational punishment, the way of human existence and the development of educational punishment. History proves that educational punishment is closely related to human nature. Finally, on the basis of summing up the hypothesis of human nature of educationalists' educational punishment, this paper puts forward the hypothesis of human nature of educational punishment-"Man has transcendence", and uses the method of contradiction analysis to analyze the level of human nature dialectically. To demonstrate the important role of educational punishment in self-transcendence of human nature. It opens up a new angle of view for the study of human nature theory of educational punishment and provides a theoretical basis for surpassing the existing theory of human nature hypothesis. In practice, it is helpful for the implementation of educational punishment.
