小学生心智教育研究

【摘要】:心智教育,就是教师运用正确的世界观、认识论、方法论,通过实施制度化来启迪教育学生,有目的、有计划、有组织地开发学生的心、智,提高学生道德管理能力、生活自主能力和社会协调能力的教育模式。它强调的是自化,不是教化,是自性的自觉自悟,根本宗旨是自心的解放,因此也可以说是心本教育。心智教育与我国教育的整体目的一致,是把学生培养成为社会主义的建设者和接班人。本研究的主要目标是通过对学生心智规律的研究与实践,要实现科学的规范化的教育与教学,从而提高教育、教学的质量,培养出符合现代教育目标的四有新人。 1.具体目标有如下几项: (1)建立起适合宽平小学学生心理发展的语文、外语、数学教学方式。 (2)建立起适合学生心理发展的德育方式,增强德育的实效性。 (3)培养学生的健康创新心理,使学生的个性特长得到充分展示。 (4)让教师在教育、教学工作中遵循规律,爱岗敬业,培养出一批专业化的教师人才。 2.“心智教育”研究的内容 (1)用教育心理学的理论抓好教学,促使学生形成心智技能。 (2)把握儿童的德育心理过程,促使学生形成正确的道德认识、道德情感、道德意志、道德行为,开发学生的心、智。 (3)发展学生的兴趣爱好,着力培养学生的个性特长。 3.心智教育研究的方法 主要采用行动研究法,此研究与校本教研结合起来,定期写好教育、教学随笔、叙事记录,做好科学的分析、归纳、总结,抽象出科学的规律。最后在总结的基础上,找到成绩与不足,以便在新的一轮研究中提升研究的水平和能力。 4.研究的成果 学校形成了“心智育人,和谐发展”的特色教育教学模式。做到面向全体学生,全面提高教育教学质量。并以人文精神为主要内容的“四气”教育活动,注重了学生“文气、刚气、朝气和灵气”的培养。初步构建了“班级活动—社团化、课堂教学—生活化、课外活动—社会化”的教育模式,积极创办管理规范、质量优异、特色鲜明的义务教育示范校,为创办义务教育规范化学校奠定了坚实基础。
[Abstract]:Mental education means that teachers use correct world outlook, epistemology, and methodology to enlighten students by implementing institutionalization to develop students' mind, intelligence, and moral management ability in a purposeful, planned and organized manner. The educational model of independent living ability and social coordination ability. It emphasizes self-education, not enlightenment, self-consciousness and self-realization, and its fundamental aim is the liberation of self-mind, so it can also be said to be heart-oriented education. The whole purpose of mental education is to train students to become socialist builders and successors. The main goal of this study is to realize the standardized education and teaching of science through the research and practice of students' mental laws, so as to improve the quality of education and teaching, and to cultivate four new people who conform to the goal of modern education. The specific objectives are as follows: (1) to establish a suitable language, foreign language, and mathematics teaching methods for the students' psychological development in Kuanping Primary School; (2) to establish a moral education mode suitable for the students' psychological development. Strengthen the effectiveness of moral education. (3) cultivate the students' healthy and innovative psychology, so that the students' personality characteristics are fully displayed. (4) let teachers follow the rules in education and teaching work, love their jobs and work hard. Cultivate a group of professional teachers. 2. The contents of the study of "Mental Education" are as follows: (1) to do a good job in teaching with the theory of educational psychology, and (2) to grasp the psychological process of children's moral education, and to promote the students to form a correct moral understanding. Moral emotion, moral will, moral behavior, develop students' heart, intelligence. (3) develop students' interests and hobbies, focus on cultivating students' personality. 3. The method of mental education research mainly adopts action research, which combines with school-based teaching and research, writes regularly education, teaching essays, narrative records, makes scientific analysis, induces, summarizes and abstracts scientific laws. Finally, on the basis of summing up, to find the achievements and deficiencies in order to improve the level and ability of research in the new round of research. 4. The research achievement school has formed the characteristic education teaching mode of "the mind educates the person, the harmonious development". To face all students, improve the quality of education and teaching in an all-round way. The "four Qi" education activities, which mainly focus on humanistic spirit, focus on the cultivation of students'"Wen Qi, Gang Qi, Chao Qi and Reiki Qi". This paper preliminarily constructs the educational model of "class activity-corporatization, classroom teaching-life adaptation, extracurricular activity-socialization", and actively establishes a model school of compulsory education with excellent quality and distinctive characteristics. For the establishment of compulsory education standardized schools laid a solid foundation.
