人际信任在高中生归因方式和自我表露的中介作用

【摘要】:自我表露是健康人格的必备前提条件。适当的自我表露可以他人那里得到反馈和建议,进而全面认识自己。自我表露也是沟通的一个方式,通过语言信息的交流,消除自己的困惑和误解,有助于人际关系的形成和良好发展。同时,自我表露有利于个体心理健康水平的保持和维护,因此自我表露的研究有着很重要的实际意义。 本文是针对高中生自我表露的研究,把归因方式和人际信任引入进来作为自变量,探讨人际信任在高中生这个群体归因方式和自我表露的中介作用。为高中生良好人际关系的建立提供了新的视角和方法,也为学校心理咨询中咨访关系的建立和大学良好人际氛围的形成提供理论基础和科学依据。探讨青少年人际信任在归因方式和自我表露中的产生影响的中介机制,是为了进一步制定改善和提高个体人际信任的干预措施提供科学依据,也为有关的理论与实践中的后继研究提供有力的支撑。 本次研究采取问卷测量法,在西安市选取400名高中生进行施测。采用的问卷有:邹泓、蒋索等编制的青少年与同伴自我表露问卷、Rempel和Holmes编制的信任量表、Lefoout等编制的多维度-多归因因果量表(MMCS),运用SPSS17.0统计软件对其统计分析。 获得的主要结果有: 1、高中生的自我表露在不同对象面前呈现不同的水平,同性好友自我表露水平异性好友自我表露水平一般朋友自我表露水平; 2、高中生归因方式倾向内控性归因,高中男生内控倾向显著高于高中女生 3、高中女生对同性好友的自我表露水平显著高于男生,在兴趣爱好、亲子关系和亲密友谊等维度上显著高于男生;独生子女在观点态度、身体发育的自我表露水平显著高于非独生子女; 4、高中生人际信任的三个因子对自我表露总分相关十分显著,其中信赖性对自我表露有一定的预测作用; 5、高中生自我表露总分与能力归因、运气归因呈显著负相关关系,其中运气归因进入了自我表露的回归分析,具有一定的预测作用; 6、情景归因与信任的依靠性、信赖性呈显著负相关关系;运气归因与信任的可预测性、依靠性、信赖性呈显著负相关关系; 7、以运气归因作为前因变量,以人际信任中的可预测性和信赖性因子作为中介变量,将自我表露总分作为结果变量运用多层线性回归方程进行处理得出结论人际信任在高中生归因方式和自我表露间产生了中介效应。
[Abstract]:Self-disclosure is a prerequisite for healthy personality. Proper self-disclosure allows others to get feedback and advice and then to fully understand themselves. Self-disclosure is also a way to communicate, through the exchange of language information, to eliminate their own confusion and misunderstanding, conducive to the formation and good development of interpersonal relations. At the same time, self-disclosure is conducive to the maintenance and maintenance of individual mental health, so the study of self-disclosure is of great practical significance. This paper is aimed at the study of high school students' self-disclosure, introduces attribution style and interpersonal trust as independent variables, and probes into the intermediary role of interpersonal trust in the group attribution style and self-disclosure of senior high school students. It provides a new perspective and method for the establishment of good interpersonal relationship in senior high school students, and also provides a theoretical basis and scientific basis for the establishment of a good interpersonal atmosphere in college psychological counseling. To explore the intermediary mechanism of interpersonal trust in attribution style and self-disclosure is to provide scientific basis for the further development of intervention measures to improve and enhance individual interpersonal trust. It also provides a strong support for the subsequent research in theory and practice. In this study, 400 senior high school students in Xi'an were tested by questionnaire. The questionnaires used included: Zou Hong, Jiang Sau's self-disclosure questionnaire for adolescents and peers, Rempel and Holmes's trust scale, Lefoout's multi-dimensionality and multi-attribution causality scale (MMCS), using SPSS17.0 statistical software to analyze the questionnaire. The main results obtained are as follows: 1. The self-disclosure level of high school students presents different levels in front of different objects, the same sex friend self-disclosure level, heterosexual friend self-disclosure level, general friend self-disclosure level; 2. High school students' attributional styles tend to be internal controlled attribution, high school boys' internal control tendency is significantly higher than that of high school girls'3, high school girls' self-disclosure level to same-sex friends is significantly higher than boys', and they are interested in hobbies, The dimensions of parent-child relationship and intimate friendship were significantly higher than those of boys. The self-expression level of physical development of the only child was significantly higher than that of the non-only child. (4) the three factors of interpersonal trust in senior high school students are significantly related to the total score of self-disclosure, among which trust has a certain predictive effect on self-disclosure; 5. The total score of self-disclosure is negatively correlated with the attribution of ability and luck, in which the attribution of luck enters the regression analysis of self-disclosure and has a certain predictive effect. 6. Situational attribution has a significant negative correlation with trust, and luck attribution has a significant negative correlation with trust predictability, dependence and trust. (7) taking luck attribution as the pre-dependent variable, and the predictability and trust factor in interpersonal trust as the intermediate variable. Taking the total score of self-disclosure as the result variable, it is concluded that interpersonal trust plays an intermediary role between attribution style and self-disclosure in senior high school students by using multilevel linear regression equation.
