初中生意志品质问卷的编制
[Abstract]:The cultivation of good will quality plays an important role in the quality education of teenagers. However, the existing research rarely involves the quantitative study of the will quality of junior high school students, which is mainly due to the lack of a model of will quality suitable for junior high school students. The purpose of this study is to determine the structural model of the will quality of junior high school students. Through literature analysis, behavioral event interviews and expert evaluation, a questionnaire of will quality of junior high school students with 74 items including four dimensions (tenacity, consciousness, decisiveness and independence) was preliminarily compiled. 2410 junior middle school students were tested, 2302 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective rate was 95.52. Through item analysis, correlation analysis of topic and total score and exploratory factor analysis, 6 items that were too concentrated (more than 50%) were deleted, and 2 items that were not significantly related to total score were deleted. 26 items with factor load not up to 0.4 were deleted, and 9 items which were selected to be concentrated (between 45% and 50%) were modified, and 40 items were retained. The average 伪 coefficient of each sub-questionnaire is 0.75. In the exploratory factor analysis, we found that there are five factors whose eigenvalue is greater than 1, and the problems in the original consciousness dimension appear on two factors. Through literature review, it is shown that self-control in the dimension of consciousness is an independent factor affecting the quality of will. Therefore, the original dimension of consciousness is divided into two dimensions of consciousness and self-control. The interpretation rate of the difference between the five factors was 45.29. Therefore, the will quality of junior high school students mainly consists of five factors: tenacity, self-consciousness, decisiveness, independence and self-control. Again, 1200 valid questionnaires were collected. Through confirmatory factors, it was found that the fitting index of the five-factor model of junior high school students' will quality accords with the standard of measurement. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) in this study, five dimensions are obtained: perseverance, decisiveness, independence, self-consciousness and self-control. (2) the items of the mental quality questionnaire of junior high school students have a good degree of distinction, each dimension has good internal consistency, and the model of the mental quality factor of junior high school students fits well. In addition, the content validity and structural validity of the questionnaire were good.
