我国未成年人思想品德发展与德育环境营造研究

【摘要】：我国当前处于社会全面转型期,加强道德教育已是刻不容缓。加强和改进未成年人的思想品德教育,为他们营造一个良好的德育环境,是我们党和国家一直以来都十分重视的问题。未成年人是民族的希望,是祖国的未来,他们的思想道德素质如何,直接关系到社会主义事业的兴衰成败。随着国际政治多极化趋势的继续发展和经济全球化进程的不断加快,我国社会经济利益也趋向多样化,这使得现在的未成年人面临着比以前的人更复杂的德育环境状况,这给我国的未成年人思想品德教育工作提出了新的问题和挑战。本文主要在于研究未成年人的思想道德形成过程和现状以及如何在当前的形势下营造一个良好的德育环境,在这个纷繁复杂的环境中做好未成年人的思想品德工作,还未成年人一个纯净的成长空间。笔者以马克思主义基本理论为指导,从研究当前未成年人的德育环境现状入手,分析导致目前德育环境不佳的几个关键的原因,并且提出了相应的对策。论文主体由四个部分组成,对怎样给未成年人营造一个良好的德育环境进行了较为细致的研究和探索。第一部分：对未成年人德育环境的相关概念进行了界定。分析了未成年人、思想品德、道德教育、德育环境这几个概念。第二部分：根据未成年人的身心发展过程,具体分析了未成年人心理及品德的发展的阶段,指出未成年人的身心发展是一个形成和再构的复杂过程。第三部分：对德育环境对未成年人品德发展的重要性进行了总结,并根据国内外形势的变化,分析了未成年人德育环境现状存在的问题及其原因。第四部分：是本文的重点所在,根据当前未成年人德育环境存在的问题对症下药,提出了具体的德育环境营造措施。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in a full-scale social transition period, so it is urgent to strengthen moral education. To strengthen and improve the ideological and moral education of minors and to create a good moral environment for them is a problem that our Party and our country have always attached great importance to. Minors are the hope of the nation and the future of the motherland. Their ideological and moral qualities are directly related to the success or failure of the socialist cause. With the continuous development of the trend of multipolarization in international politics and the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, the social and economic interests of our country have also tended to be diversified, which makes the minors now facing a more complex moral education environment than the former ones. This brings new problems and challenges to the ideological and moral education of minors in our country. The main purpose of this paper is to study the process and present situation of minors' ideological and moral formation, and how to create a good moral education environment under the current situation, and to do a good job in the ideological and moral work of minors in this complicated environment. Minors also a pure growth space. Under the guidance of the basic theory of Marxism, starting with the study of the current situation of moral education environment for minors, the author analyzes several key reasons that lead to the poor moral education environment at present, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures. The thesis is composed of four parts, and makes a detailed research and exploration on how to create a good moral education environment for minors. The first part defines the related concepts of moral education environment for minors. This paper analyzes the concepts of minors, moral character, moral education and moral education environment. The second part: according to the process of minors' physical and mental development, it analyzes the stage of the development of minors' psychology and moral character, and points out that the development of minors' body and mind is a complex process of formation and reconstruction. The third part summarizes the importance of moral education environment to the development of minors' moral character, and analyzes the problems and causes of the current situation of minors' moral education environment according to the changes of the situation at home and abroad. The fourth part is the focus of this paper. According to the problems existing in the moral education environment of minors, the author puts forward concrete measures to create the moral education environment.
