试论教师职业道德评价机制的建构

【摘要】:教师职业道德评价机制,是教师职业道德形成与发展的重要外部保障机制,是加强教师职业道德建设的重要途径。建构科学的教师职业道德评价机制应树立发展性的教师职业道德评价观;应确立教师职业道德评价标准的个性化机制;建立自我评价机制;建立反馈与激励机制,从而全面均衡地发挥教师职业道德评价的功能。
[Abstract]:The evaluation mechanism of teachers' professional ethics is an important external guarantee mechanism for the formation and development of teachers' professional ethics and an important way to strengthen the construction of teachers' professional ethics. To construct a scientific evaluation mechanism of teachers' professional ethics, we should set up a developmental view of teachers' professional ethics evaluation, establish a personalized mechanism of teachers' professional ethics evaluation standard, establish a self-evaluation mechanism. Establish feedback and incentive mechanism, so as to give full play to the function of teachers' professional ethics evaluation.
