黑龙江省高校网络教学资源利用效率研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,经济的突飞猛进给教育的发展带来新的契机。伴随着科学技术的发展,人们对教育的要求也越来越高,传统的课堂式授课方式已经远远不能满足人们的学习愿望。教育信息化就是在这种现有的教育模式和人们越来越高的教育需求的矛盾下产生并得到扩大和发展。调查统计,截止到2003年我国教育信息化投资总额达到1000亿元,全国超过70%的高校建立的不同规模的校园网络。由我国教育部门和各地政府、高校、企业等建立的网络教学资源体系为教学信息化作出重要贡献。网络教学资源的建设和教育信息化的建设是相互依存、相互作用的。一方面网络教学资源的建设作为教育信息化的重要组成成分,是教育信息化建设的根本内容,网络教育资源的建设好坏直接决定教育信息化的发展进程；另一方面,教育信息化背景下的网络教学资源的建设更进一步促进传统教育观念向信息化教育思想的转变,网络教学资源的利用促进了发现式学习、协助式学习、探究式学习等的新型的学习方式的出现,以网络教学资源为基础进行教学活动更能够调动学习者的主动性。网络教学资源的建设作为教育的信息化进程中的基础要素,其利用的效率高低是教育信息化是否顺利进行的标志性表现方式。本文首先对网络教学资源的建设内涵进行简要的介绍,并针对黑龙江省高校的网络教学资源的建设现状进行和应用现状进行分析,从而分析得到黑龙江省高校网络教学资源建设的不足和存在问题,并选取黑龙江省七所高校的网络教学资源的利用效率通过因子分析法进行分析,通过对实地调查数据的分析,得到七所代表高校的网络教学资源利用效率的排名,并得到影响其效率高低的主要因素。结合黑龙江省高校网络教学资源的建设情况和对七所代表高校的分析,对提高黑龙江省高校网络教学资源利用效率提出对策建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of the economy has brought new opportunities to the development of education. With the development of science and technology, the requirement of education is becoming higher and higher. The traditional classroom teaching method is far from satisfying people's desire to learn. Education informatization is produced and expanded under the contradiction between the existing educational model and people's higher and higher educational demand. By the end of 2003, the total investment of education informatization in China has reached 100 billion yuan, and more than 70% colleges and universities in China have established campus networks of different scales. The network teaching resources system established by our country's education departments and local governments, universities and enterprises has made important contributions to the informatization of teaching. The construction of network teaching resources and the construction of educational informatization depend on each other and interact with each other. On the one hand, the construction of network teaching resources, as an important component of educational informatization, is the fundamental content of educational informatization construction, and the construction of network educational resources directly determines the development process of educational informatization. On the other hand, the construction of network teaching resources under the background of educational informatization further promotes the transformation of traditional education concept to information education thought, and the utilization of network teaching resources promotes discovery learning and assisted learning. With the emergence of new learning methods such as inquiry learning, teaching activities based on network teaching resources can mobilize learners' initiative. The construction of network teaching resources is the basic element in the process of educational informatization, and the efficiency of its utilization is the symbolic expression of whether the educational informatization is carried out smoothly or not. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the connotation of the construction of network teaching resources, and analyzes the present situation and application of the construction of network teaching resources in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province. This paper analyzes the shortcomings and existing problems of the construction of network teaching resources in Heilongjiang Province, and selects the utilization efficiency of network teaching resources of seven colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province to analyze by factor analysis, and through the analysis of field investigation data. The efficiency of network teaching resources in seven universities is ranked and the main factors affecting the efficiency are obtained. Combined with the construction of network teaching resources in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province and the analysis of seven representative universities, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the utilization efficiency of network teaching resources in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province.
