【摘要】：法国是西方发达国家之一,在世界政治、科技和文化多个领域均具举足轻重的地位。教育为促进法国社会进步和发展,使法国立于世界强国之列做出了卓越的贡献。法国教育制度具有鲜明的特色,虽已广为人知,却未必为人所熟识。《传统与变革的抉择——细读法国教育》一书作者在长期的中法教育交流过程中不断积累材料,对法国教育发展思路进行深入思考,以大量的第一手资料为基础,归纳分析和全面阐述了法国教育体系的结构和特点,并对英、美、法等国高等教育政策进行比较,除了向读者展示法国教育的独特之处,还介绍法国如何改革以适应教育国际化发展趋势,提升高等教育的综合国际地位。法国教育发展深受"自由、平等、博爱"社会价值观的影响,书中不少独特的阐述,如高入学率的免费学前教育、"三轨制"多层次立交型的高等教育、立足于终身教育理念的继续教育等等,让人耳目一新并印象深刻。特别是作者立足于本地区教育历史基础和发展现实,期望通过观察、思考法国教育模式和改革思路,积极推动制定符合少数民族地区实际的教育发展战略,此研究的出发点尤为可贵。
[Abstract]:France is one of the western developed countries, which plays an important role in world politics, science and technology and culture. Education has made remarkable contributions to the progress and development of French society and to the establishment of France as a world power. The French educational system has distinctive characteristics, although it has been widely known, it is not well known. The author of the book "the Choice between tradition and change", the author of the book "French Education", has continuously accumulated materials during the long course of Sino-French educational exchanges. On the basis of a large number of firsthand data, this paper makes a thorough thinking on the development of French education, summarizes, analyzes and comprehensively expounds the structure and characteristics of the French educational system, and compares the policies of higher education in Britain, the United States, France, and other countries. In addition to showing the unique features of French education, it also introduces how to reform France in order to adapt to the trend of internationalization of education and to enhance the comprehensive international status of higher education. The development of education in France is deeply influenced by the social values of "freedom, equality and fraternity". Many unique explanations are given in the book, such as free pre-school education with a high enrolment rate, a "three-track" multi-tiered intersection-oriented higher education. Based on the concept of life-long education, and so on, refreshing and impressive. In particular, based on the historical basis and development reality of education in the region, the author expects to actively promote the formulation of an educational development strategy in accordance with the actual situation in minority areas through observation, reflection on the French educational model and reform ideas. The starting point of this study is particularly valuable.
