大学生MBTI人格类型与心理资本关系研究

【摘要】:了解大学生的性格和心理状态有利于大学生自身的心理健康和成长,对于高校教育的开展和大学生的生涯规划也很有帮助。本研究对MBTI和心理资本的理论和研究进行了梳理,并在心理资本现有的理论与研究基础上,结合对心理学老师和学生的访谈,修订了《心理资本间卷(PCQ)》(大学生版本),并使用MBTI-M版问卷和修订的《大学生心理资本问卷》对在宁五所高校782名大学生进行了测量。研究得到的结论如下: 1.大学生心理资本包括自信、希望、乐观和韧性四个维度,修订后的《大学生心理资本问卷》具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为本研究的工具。 2.大学生的MBTI人格类型分布分别是:INTP4.6%,INFP7.5%,ISTP4.2%, ISFP3.7%,ENTP4.0%,ENFP8.1%,ESTP3.2%,ESFP3.5%,INTJ7.9%,INFJ4.1%, ISTJ12.5%,ISFJ6.1%,ENTJ7.9%,ENFJ5.2%,ESTJ13.7%,ESFJ3.5%. 3.在MBTI的E—I(外向—内向)维度上存在显著的性别差异,在S—N(感觉—直觉)维度上存在显著的专业差异,在F—-T(情感—思考)维度上存在显著的性别差异和专业差异,在J—P(判断—知觉)维度上存在显著的专业差异和年级差异。 4.大学生心理资本总分及自信、希望、乐观、韧性的平均分依次是:94.3分,21.7分,25.0分,17.5分,30.2分;在乐观维度上,存在着显著的年级差异,且大一学生高于大二学生;在韧性维度上,男生得分高于女生,大一和大三学生高于大二学生。 5.心理资本在MBTI的E—-I维度上都存在显著性差异;在MBTI的F—-T维度上,自信、希望、韧性存在显著性差异;在MBTI的J—P维度上,自信、希望存在显著性差异。 6.大学生心理资本与MBTI的E—I维度都存在非常显著的负相关;心理资本的自信、希望、韧性三个维度与MBTI的F—-T维度存在显著的正相关;心理资本的自信、希望两个维度与MBTI的J—P维度存在显著的负相关。 7.MBTI人格类型在心理资本四个维度上的回归都非常显著,但是拟合度都比较低。
[Abstract]:Understanding the personality and psychological state of college students is beneficial to their own mental health and growth. It is also helpful to the development of college education and the career planning of college students. This study combs the theory and research of MBTI and psychological capital, and based on the existing theory and research of psychological capital, and combined with the interviews with psychology teachers and students, it has revised the psychological capital volume (PCQ) (college students' version). The MBTI-M questionnaire and the revised Psychological Capital questionnaire were used to measure 782 college students in five universities in Nanjing. The conclusions are as follows: 1. College students' psychological capital includes four dimensions: confidence, hope, optimism and resilience. The revised questionnaire has good reliability and validity, which can be used as a tool in this study. 2. The distribution of MBTI personality types of college students is as follows: INTP4.6%,INFP7.5%,ISTP4.2%, ISFP3.7%,ENTP4.0%,ENFP8.1%,ESTP3.2%,ESFP3.5%,INTJ7.9%,INFJ4.1%, ISTJ12.5%,ISFJ6.1%, ENTJ7.9%,ENFJ5.2%,ESTJ13.7%,ESFJ3.5%. 3. There were significant gender differences in the E-I (extroverse-inward) dimension of MBTI and significant professional differences in the S-N dimension. There were significant gender differences and professional differences in F T dimension, and significant professional differences and grade differences in J-P dimension. 4. The average scores of psychological capital, confidence, hope, optimism and toughness of college students were 94.3, 21.7, 25.0, 17.5 and 30.2 respectively. In the optimistic dimension, there are significant grade differences, and freshmen are higher than sophomore students; in toughness dimension, male students score higher than girls, freshmen and junior students are higher than sophomore students. 5. There were significant differences in psychological capital in E- I dimension of MBTI, confidence, hope and toughness in F T dimension of MBTI, and significant difference in confidence and hope in J-P dimension of MBTI. 6. There is a very significant negative correlation between college students' psychological capital and the E-I dimension of MBTI, and there is a significant positive correlation between the three dimensions of resilience and the F T dimension of MBTI. The confidence of psychological capital, hope that there is a significant negative correlation between the two dimensions and the J-P dimension of MBTI. The regression of 7.MBTI personality type in the four dimensions of psychological capital is significant, but the fitting degree is low.
