美术教育的心理矫正作用初探

【摘要】:就我国现行的美术教育体制而言,虽然多年提倡素质教育已有多年时间,我国教育重心向鼓励学生创新和多元化创新发展,但是在实际教学过程中绝多数教师依然忽略了发掘“美术”作为人类所创造出的重要表达方式的本质。 事实上,美术作为一种重要的艺术表现形式,是人类对于世界认知以及自我情绪的表达,也是个人心理环境和精神状态的投射,美术作品的解读及美术教育的开展,不仅能够提高学生审美能力、培养学生的美术技能,同时,对于及时了解学生心理状况、疏导不良情绪、营造健康的心理环境,也有着非常重要的作用。尤其是针对自闭、自卑以及受过心理创伤的少年儿童,美术的疗伤意义就显得尤为重要。 在全面推广素质教育的今天,学生心理健康水平越老越受到家长、学校以及全社会的重视,而如今青少年的心理健康状况着实令人担忧,探索美术教育对青少年心理建设的引导作用,不仅能拓展美术教育学健康心理学和审美心理学理论,也可以对开展学校美术教育活动改善青少年心理健康水平等实际应用方面起积极作用。 本文基于笔者多年的教学实践,通过理论研究、调查研究、个案研究及对策研究等多个方面,对青少年美术教育在心理调节、心理疗愈方面的可行性与操作性进行了较为详尽的阐述。旨在探明美术教育活动在促进青少年心理健康水平发挥潜能方面的作用、特点和机制,寻求发挥美术教育上述功能的途径与方法。并通过学校美术实践运用于预防青少年心理问题、调控青少年心理状态和消除青少年心理障碍等方面取得经验,总结美术教育促进青少年心理健康,特别是对已经表现出心理疾患或有潜在心理问题的青少年群体的疏导矫正方法及规律,将其成功经验予以推广
[Abstract]:As far as the current art education system is concerned, although quality education has been advocated for many years, the focus of education in our country is to encourage students to innovate and diversify. However, in the course of practical teaching, most teachers still neglect to discover the essence of art as an important way of expression created by human beings. In fact, as an important form of artistic expression, art is the expression of human cognition and self-emotion to the world, as well as the projection of individual mental environment and mental state, the interpretation of art works and the development of art education. It can not only improve students' aesthetic ability and cultivate students' fine arts skills, but also plays an important role in understanding students' psychological condition in time, guiding bad emotions and creating a healthy psychological environment. Especially for autistic, inferiority and traumatized children, the art of healing is particularly important. In today's comprehensive promotion of quality education, the older the students' mental health level is, the more attention they are paid to their parents, schools and the whole society. However, the mental health status of young people today is really worrisome. Exploring the guiding role of art education in the psychological construction of teenagers can not only expand the theories of healthy psychology and aesthetic psychology of art education, It can also play an active role in improving the mental health of teenagers. Based on the author's many years of teaching practice, through theoretical research, investigation, case study and countermeasure research, this paper regulates the psychology of art education in teenagers. The feasibility and maneuverability of psychotherapy are expounded in detail. The purpose of this paper is to find out the function, characteristics and mechanism of art education activities in promoting teenagers' mental health level, and to seek the ways and methods to give play to the above functions of art education. And through the application of school art practice in the prevention of adolescent psychological problems, the regulation of adolescent psychological state and the elimination of adolescent psychological barriers, and so on, summed up art education to promote adolescent mental health, In particular, the methods and rules of counseling and correction for adolescents who have shown psychological disorders or have potential psychological problems are introduced, and their successful experiences are popularized.
