心理健康教育对高校教育管理工作的促进
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, there are many psychological problems in the psychology of college students, which affect the physical and mental health of students and lead to the decline of the comprehensive quality of talents. Strengthening the mental health education of college students has become an important part of cultivating high-quality professional talents. As the direct managers of students in the school and the direct implementers of all kinds of management measures in the school, the special status of the educational managers in colleges and universities determines that they are the important force in the implementation of mental health education and the students to achieve comprehensive talent. The guide of comprehensive development will certainly affect the future development of students. This paper analyzes the mental health status of college students and the working characteristics of educational managers in colleges and universities, and further expounds the role of mental health education in promoting the work of educational managers in colleges and universities. It provides a theoretical basis for the management of education in colleges and universities to carry out their work better.
