学校清产核资中存在的问题及对策

【摘要】：清产核资对于学校的资产管理有着十分重要的意义,有利于学校清查固定资产账目、提高资产的利用率。但是由于学校内部控制的缺失,学校的固定资产管理不到位等情况,清产核资中经常出现盘亏、历史坏账、资产产权不清晰等情况,给学校的财务工作带来了很大的困难,也使得学校固定资产不能得到良好的利用,学校经费大量浪费。因此采取相应的措施加强学校的固定资产的管理,防止学校清产核资中出现问题,对学校的财务管理意义重大。本文分析了学校清产核资的必要性以及清产核资中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决措施。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance for the asset management of the school to check the fixed assets accounts and improve the utilization ratio of the assets. However, due to the lack of internal control in the school. The school's fixed assets management is not in place and so on. The financial work of the school has brought great difficulties to the financial work of the school, such as loss of assets, historical bad debts, unclear property rights and so on. Also make the school fixed assets can not be used well, school funds waste a lot. Therefore, take appropriate measures to strengthen the management of school fixed assets, to prevent problems in the school capital. This paper analyzes the necessity and the problems existing in the financial management of the school, and puts forward the corresponding measures to solve these problems.
