【摘要】:正本刊讯:近日,教育部、工商总局、质检总局、国家标准委四部门联合印发了《关于进一步加强中小学生校服管理工作的意见》,这是第一个国家层面系统构建校服治理体系的指导性文件。《意见》针对当前校服管理工作中存在的校服标准分散、学生及家长参与度低等问题,提出了一系列有针对性的措施。《意见》的实施将推动健全校服技术标准体系,规范校服采购秩序,提高教师、家长、学生民主参与程度,构建多部门联动的工作机制,对提高校服品质、保障学生安全、充分发挥校服育人作用具有重要意义。《意见》强调,优质、合体、美观、舒适的校服是培育校园文化的
