平行班教学模式下的教师团队组建研究——基于双边匹配决策方法

【摘要】：教师团队组建一直是学术界和教育界研究的热点问题。考虑班主任层面的需求与偏好、科任层面的愿望与价值观,学校管理部门层面对教学管理制度的设定,提出一种平行班教学模式下的双边匹配决策方法,进而组建和谐科学的教师团队。针对分层教学模式,建立了最大化三边满意度的科任与班主任双边匹配的0-1整数规划模型,并开发了一种启发式算法求解该模型,通过实例分析说明方法的有效性和可行性。一方面可以在科学量化层面为相关管理部门提供决策支持,另一方面由于该问题的特征及复杂性,对这一问题的研究可以在理论上丰富和发展双边匹配决策方法。
[Abstract]:Teacher team formation has always been a hot issue in academic and educational circles. Considering the needs and preferences at the head teacher level, the desire and values at the branch level, and the setting up of the teaching management system at the school management level, This paper puts forward a method of bilateral matching decision-making in parallel class teaching mode, and then sets up a harmonious and scientific teaching team. Aiming at the layered teaching model, a 0-1 integer programming model is established to maximize trilateral satisfaction between the teacher and the teacher. A heuristic algorithm is developed to solve the model, and the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are illustrated by an example. On the one hand, it can provide decision support for relevant management departments on the scientific quantification level. On the other hand, because of the characteristics and complexity of the problem, the research on this problem can enrich and develop the bilateral matching decision-making method in theory.
