校长学习共同体:让片区校长一起成长

【摘要】：正为实现区域义务教育优质均衡发展,加大对义务教育阶段学校的管理和指导力度,广东广州市白云区成立区教育局属下的片区教育指导中心。笔者所在的新市教育指导中心负责48所中小学校的管理工作。如何促进各学校内涵优质发展,成为摆在我们面前的首要任务。为此,我们提出"以校长发展引领教师发展,以教师发展促进学生发展,以师生发展实现学校发展"的工作思路,构建校长学习共同体,促进片区内校长共同研究、共同成长。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the balanced development of regional compulsory education and strengthen the management and guidance of schools in compulsory education stage, the district education guidance center under the District Education Bureau has been set up in Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. I am in the New City Education guidance Center responsible for the management of 48 primary and secondary schools. How to promote the high-quality development of schools has become the primary task in front of us. Therefore, we put forward the idea of "leading the development of teachers by the development of principals, promoting the development of students by teachers, and realizing the development of schools by the development of teachers and students", constructing the learning community of principals, and promoting the common research and growth of principals in each district.
