【摘要】:正学校是知识分子高度集中的地方,他们活跃在学校各部门的各个岗位上。他们有知识、有理想,更有为祖国培养人才的热情和能力。但是,由于年龄各异,专业及专长爱好不尽相同,所以,各人的性格也不尽一样,自尊、"自治"的心理尤为突出。如果处理不当,就很容易使他们"各自为政"而产生许多交叉的矛盾,造成学校工作失调。校长作为学校的领导者和组织者,至关重要的责任就是了解和理解本校教职
[Abstract]:The main school is a highly concentrated place for intellectuals, who are active in various positions in various departments of the school.
