刍议民办学校档案的规范化管理

【摘要】：正上世纪70年代末80年代初,随着政府包揽办学的局面被打破,民办教育迅速崛起。民办学校借助于市场经济的加快推进和教育服务市场构建的势态,借助于充足的民间资金,旺盛的教育需求,有力的政策扶持,并通过创新办学体制,坚持多元化、多渠道办学和质量立校的举措,以及办学者、管理者、教职员工的不懈努力,实现了较短时间内的跨越式的发展。
[Abstract]:In the late 1970s and early 1980s, with the situation that the government took charge of running a school was broken, the private education rose rapidly. With the help of the accelerated promotion of the market economy and the situation of the construction of the educational service market, private schools are supported by sufficient private funds, vigorous educational demand, strong policy support, and by innovating the school running system, insisting on diversification. The measures of multi-channel running and quality setting up, as well as the unremitting efforts of scholars, managers and teaching staff, have realized the leapfrog development in a short period of time.
