【摘要】：文章认为除了经济资本(财、物等)和人力资本(教师)以外,社会资本也是影响学校运行和发展的十分重要的因素,因为一定的社会资本能够转化为经济资本和人力资本。这一点在我国从计划经济向市场经济转轨的过程中表现得更明显。文章建议学校应该注意对社会资本的培育。
[Abstract]:In addition to economic capital (financial, material, etc.) and human capital (teacher), social capital is also a very important factor affecting the operation and development of school, because a certain social capital can be transformed into economic capital and human capital. This point in our country from the planned economy to the market economy in the process of showing more obvious. The article suggests that schools should pay attention to the cultivation of social capital.
