【摘要】:正 学校特色建设是一项有目的、有计划的系统工程,其首要环节是设计,设计既集中体现着办学主体对学校特色的认识,又是学校特色建设实践的起点,营建是设计的延伸,是将设计的目标变成现实的途径;品位升格则是一种无止境的后续工程,学校特色需要不断地升格,不断地进入新的境界。 一、学校特色设计的要求 1.紧紧依托民族特色。 我们所追求的学校特色,首先应该具备中国特色。只有具备鲜明的民族风格和民族特色,才能走向世界,参与国际交流。联合国教科文组织教育助理总干事波尔先生诚恳地指出:“中国具有丰富的文化遗产和传统,这是很宝贵的,希望中国在对外开放和向西方学习的过程中不要抛弃它们。”这是真诚的也是中肯的提醒。
